A driving end of the toggle assembly is at least partially threaded out of the sliding chute. The transmission assembly is located in the accommodating space and corresponds to the opening. The elastic member is connected to the housing and the toggle assembly. The elastic member enables the toggle assembly to have a motion tendency to move from the end position to the initial position.
