The present disclosure provides a method for manufacturing a gel nail sticker including: forming an adhesive layer by applying an adhesive on a first film layer 10; forming a base printing layer having at least one color on the first film layer; forming a first gel layer having flexibility on the base printing layer; and forming a second gel layer by mixing a resin composition having a —NCO functional group with a coating solution containing a resin composition having an —OH functional group and a UV curable composition on the first gel layer, in which the forming of the second gel layer includes forming the second gel layer including a urethane coating film having a urethane bond by causing a urethane reaction between the resin composition having the —OH functional group and the resin composition having the —NCO functional group.
