Partial reverse clutch assembly
A partial reverse clutch assembly comprises a frame, a coupling member, a corrugated swing body, and a cam body. The frame mounts an input gear and an output gear, and, a coupling member that is disposed between input and output gears couple the input gear to the output gear to transmit a motorized rotational drive in a first direction. The swing body is coupled between the input gear and the coupling member and comprises a projecting swing arm. The cam body abuts and defines a sliding contact between the swing body and the coupling member, where a reversal of the motorized rotational drive oppositely rotates the output gear in engagement with the swing arm in a second direction. The cam body is displaced upon contact with the swing body during the rotation in the second direction to decouple the coupling member between the input gear and the output gear.
Power supply device and image forming apparatus
A power supply device includes a first circuit and a second circuit. The first circuit includes an adjustment unit, a detection unit, a processing unit including a conversion unit, a first communication unit, and a power storage unit. The second circuit includes a second communication unit performing wireless communication with the first communication unit, and a control unit outputting a carrier wave used in the wireless communication. After outputting the carrier wave during a first period, the control unit stops output of the carrier wave during a second period. During the second period, the conversion unit operates on the power stored in the power storage unit. The control unit outputs the carrier wave during a third period after the second period. During the third period, the processing unit transmits information about a conversion result. The control unit controls the adjustment unit based on the transmitted information.
PULL-IN APPARATUS, IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS, SHEET ACCOMMODATING APPARATUS, AND DRAW-OUT UNIT
A pull-in apparatus configured to pull in a unit toward a predetermined position in an apparatus body includes an arm member, a restriction member, a first action portion and a second action portion. The restriction member is movable between a lock position at which the restriction member restricts movement of the arm member in a first direction and a lock-release position at which the restriction member allows the movement of the arm member in the first direction. Movement of the restriction member from the lock position toward the lock-release position is restricted in a state in which the arm member is at a stand-by position, and is allowed in a state in which the arm member has been moved from the stand-by position in a second direction.
DRUM CARTRIDGE INCLUDING ELECTRICAL CONTACT SURFACE MOVABLE RELATIVE TO DRUM FRAME
A drum cartridge includes: a drum frame to which a developing cartridge is attachable; a photosensitive drum rotatable about an axis extending in a first direction; a memory having an electrical contact surface; and a resilient member positioned between the electrical contact surface and the drum frame. The resilient member is configured to expand and compress in a second direction crossing the electrical contact surface between a first state and a second state, the resilient member having a shorter length in the second state than in the first state. A distance between the drum frame and the electrical contact surface in the second direction when the resilient member is in the second state is smaller than a distance between the drum frame and the electrical contact surface in the second direction when the resilient member is in the first state.
AUTOMATIC FEEDING AND SCANNING DEVICE
This disclosure is directed to an automatic feeding and scanning device having a scanning module, a paper feeding module and a cleaning module. The scanning module has a carrying platen, a scanning platen, and a scanner, the carrying platen and the scanning platen are light transmissive plates, two surfaces of the scanning platen are a bottom surface and a top surface opposite to the bottom surface, the scanner is arranged corresponding to the bottom surface of the scanning platen. The cleaning module has a brush and an actuating assembly connected to the brush and driving the brush. The brush is arranged corresponding to the top surface of the scanning platen, the actuating assembly drives the brush to scrape the top surface of the scanning platen.
