Fibrous structure-containing articles that exhibit consumer relevant properties
Articles, such as sanitary tissue products, including fibrous structures, and more particularly articles including fibrous structures having a plurality of fibrous elements wherein the article exhibits differential cellulose content throughout the thickness of the article and methods for making same are provided.
RESPIRATOR MASK
The invention relates to a respirator mask comprising a filter material piece made of an air-permeable material and at least one securing band, wherein the air-permeable material comprises at least one layer of a non-woven fabric and the at least one securing band is designed to secure the respirator mask to the head, wherein the air-permeable material and the at least one securing band are made of the same plastic material.

WASHABLE CELLULOSE ACETATE FIBER BLENDS FOR THERMAL INSULATION
A fiber blend containing: (a) a cellulose acetate (CA) staple fibers having a denier per filament (DPF) of 3.0 or less; and (b) structural staple fibers having a dpf of 6.0 or more; and (c) optionally binder fibers. The fiber blend can be made into nonwoven webs for heat-bonding and subsequent use as thermal insulation in, e.g., outerwear, bedding, etc. The fiber blend can now contain sustainably derived fibers, optionally biodegradable, that provide good thermal insulation clo values and loft even after multiple wash cycles along with good short term compression recovery.
INSTALLATION AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING A SINGLE- OR MULTI-LAYER NONWOVEN
The invention relates to an installation and a method for selectively producing a single- or multi-ply nonwoven includes an inclined wire former configured to deposit a sheet of wet-laid fibre material on a first circulating belt, a further belt configured to receive the sheet of wet-laid fibre material from the first circulating belt, a roller card arranged downstream in the material transport direction and configured to introduce a roller card web into the installation, a hydroentanglement arranged downstream in the material transport direction and including at least one water beam configured to entangle, bond and/or structure a single sheet of fibres or a plurality of sheets of fibres, and a dryer arranged downstream in the material transport direction.
Wiping Products Made from Foam Formed Webs
A process for foam forming webs is disclosed. The foam formed webs can be used as wiping products, such as industrial wipers, food service wipers, and the like. The web contains a mixture of cellulosic fibers and longer, strength building fibers. The web is foam formed and then subjected to one or more hydroentangling steps. After hydroentangling, the web is dried in a non-compressive manner.

OLEOPHOBIC FLUOROPOLYMERS AND FIBROUS MATERIALS PREPARED THEREFROM
The disclosure provides a process for preparing an oleophobic fluoropolymer emulsion. The resulting fluoropolymer emulsion has excellent hydrophobic and oleophobic modification ability (as coatings) on polyester fibers such as polyester (PET), polypropylene (PP) and woven and nonwoven fabrics. Accordingly, the woven and nonwoven materials so coated are useful in venting filter applications.

Wet sheet for cleaning
A wet sheet for cleaning includes multiple layers and is impregnated with a chemical solution. The wet sheet includes hydrophobic fiber layers arranged in a front surface layer and a back surface layer, and a hydrophilic fiber layer arranged in an intermediate layer. The hydrophobic fiber layers have an interlaced part with a high fiber density where the hydrophobic fiber layers are interlaced with the hydrophilic fiber layer. The interlaced part has at least one slightly interlaced part and at least one highly interlaced part which is formed in a dent shape and which is interlaced with a higher fiber density. The highly interlaced part is formed in an area ratio of 10 to 20% to an area of the front surface layer or the back surface layer. Static friction resistance of the wet sheet for cleaning is lower than kinetic friction resistance of the wet sheet for cleaning.
