Fiber sheet for molding

Provided is a fiber sheet for molding, characterized in that a print resin is applied on the surface of the fiber sheet containing highly crimped fibers, and the amount of the print resin is 30 g/m.sup.2 or less, and the air permeability of the fiber sheet is 5 to 30 cm.sup.3/cm.sup.2/sec. The fiber sheet for molding can be molded without generating wrinkles, and has a good sound absorbing property. When a pattern is formed with the printing resin, the fiber sheet for molding is also excellent in design properties.

FIBER LAMINATE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

A fiber laminate includes a first fiber sheet containing first fibers, a second fiber sheet laminated on the first fiber sheet and containing second fibers, and an adhesive interposed between the first fiber sheet and the second fiber sheet. The adhesive is disposed to form a linear first region in the fiber laminate when viewed from a normal direction of a principal surface of the fiber laminate. The first fiber sheet and the second fiber sheet are adhered to each other via the first region. A gap is formed between the first fiber sheet and the second fiber sheet in a second region other than the first region.

REVERSIBLE CROSSLINKED 3D LOOP ARTICLE AND PROCESS

The present disclosure provides an article. In an embodiment, the article a three-dimensional random loop material (3DRLM) composed of a web structure of a multitude of winding continuous strands melt-bonded together at a multitude of contact points to form a multitude of loops. Each continuous strand is composed of a crosslinked composition formed from starting materials comprising (i) an ethylene-based polymer, and (ii) 2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-4-piperidyl methacrylate disulfide (BiTEMPS methacrylate). This yields a 3DRLM that is composed of a crosslinked composition comprising (i) an ethylene-based polymer, and (ii) linkages having a Structure (2) below (I)
