WATER MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR SILL ASSEMBLIES
An assembly for a door or window frame including an elongated sill and a corner key attached to each end of the sill. The corner key includes a water chamber for collecting water therein and a plurality of ports for diverting water from the water chamber outwardly through a drain port. The water chamber and plurality of ports are designed to temper a high-pressure gradient in the sill and effectively promote water egress away from the sill.
Sill pan assembly for pocket door systems and method of installation
Multi-piece, flexible, sill pan assemblies and methods of installation are disclosed. Method of installation of a sill pan assembly for pocket door systems such as single- and double-door versions as well as multi-panel pocket doors. The sill pan assembly has a first flexible end dam member, a second flexible end dam member, a flexible outside corner member, and a flexible insert. Methods of installation of a sill pan assembly for a double-pocket door. The sill pan assembly having a first flexible end dam member, a second flexible end dam member, a first flexible outside corner member, a second flexible outside corner member, and a flexible insert.

Window security device
A window security device includes a pull handle, the pull handle defining a tongue slot extending through the pull handle from a top paddle surface to a bottom paddle surface; and a locking bar slidably attached to the pull handle, a locking bar body of the locking bar positioned adjacent to the bottom paddle surface, a tongue of the locking bar extending through the tongue slot.
Gate assembly
A gate assembly is formed from a gate attached by hinges to a jamb. A pair of L-shaped brackets are attached to the outer sides of the jamb. The brackets are in turn attached to a pair of gate posts in a barrier. Bolt holes formed in the header section of the jamb receive removable eye bolts that may be used as hoisting points as the jamb is being positioned within a barrier. To maintain the shape of the jamb during such positioning, a removable sill section is included in the base of the jamb. The first upright section of the jamb defines an unobstructed internal channel bounded by input and output portals. A cable may pass though the channel and into the gate by way of the output portal. Window openings in the gate may be fitted with removable window panels containing pickets and infill material. Dual gates may be positioned within an enlarged jamb, and a removable mullion post positioned between the gates and supported by the jamb.
DOOR SILL SYSTEM, APPARATUS, AND METHODS FOR A DOOR ASSEMBLY
A system, device, kit, assembly and methods for a frame assembly, including a door sill as shown and described. The assembly may be a door frame assembly and may, by way of example, be a door jamb and/or a door mullion including a door sill. In other embodiments, a door sill includes a base component having a slot, a deck component having a segment, and wherein the segment component press-fits within the slot to adjoin the base component and the deck component. Some inventions of the present disclosure may be considered a door sill having a press-fit removable deck.

Microjamb window & door jamb system
The primary object of the MicroJamb Window & Door Jamb System is to provide an improved, yet, less costly jamb that, along with a system of interchangeable parts, simplifies the production and installation of windows and doors (so as to substantially reduce the time, materials and costs involved in both) and which, by design, makes windows and doors much more weather-tight. It accomplishes this by: reducing the width of the standard 4½-inch jamb by 1 inch (which immediately reduces material costs 22%) so as to fit between the drywall and sheathing of exterior walls; replacing wood molding with simulated molding of extruded plastic (reducing molding costs by over 50%); and by eliminating interior trim, when desired, altogether (reducing cost of interior trim 100%).
Modular Sill
A sill assembly that can include a sill and one or more threshold inserts. The threshold inserts can cover cavities within the sill. The sill assembly can optionally include a subsill, which can be a separate from or part of the sill. The subsill can include subsill cavities aligned over the sill cavities to form vertically-stacked pressure chambers. These vertically-stacked pressure chambers can include vertically-stacked pressure chambers positioned within the interior of the building, and vertically-stacked pressure chambers positioned within the exterior of the building. The sill assembly is so structured that different door types, such as swing doors, pivot doors, folding doors and/or sliding doors can be accommodated using the same sill and subsill by simply changing the threshold inserts. The sill assembly can have a minimal rise above the floor surface to meet regulatory requirements such as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
