Threshold assembly for an entryway system
A threshold assembly for use with an entryway disposed within an aperture of a structure, which has an exterior and an interior and includes a door panel moveable between open and closed positions, includes a sill and a rail. A rail is rotatably supported above the upper sill surface between an initial position when the door panel is in the open position, and a second position different from the initial position when the door panel is in the closed position. A biasing member is disposed between the upper sill surface of the sill and the rail to bias the rail from the second position toward the initial position.
Sill Assembly and Subsill for the Same
A subsill positioned at least partially under a sill in a sill assembly. The sill assembly positioned under a door or window. Two or more pressure chambers extend lengthwise between the subsill and sill. Pressure chambers can extend one behind another. The subsill can include a backstop with some of the pressure chambers extending lengthwise between the backstop and the sill. Apertures in the pressure chambers are positioned to force water to flow by a circuitous path.

PATIO DOOR ASSEMBLY
A patio door assembly includes a panel with a glass unit, and a polymer frame including a bottom member with a sill platform. A support beam is coupleable to the bottom member over the sill platform. The support beam defines a first channel between a top surface of the support beam and a platform, defines a second channel between the platform and the sill platform, a slot defined in the platform of the support beam. A structural insert is insertable in an end of the support beam and can be positioned in the support beam such that the structural insert supports a setting block for the glass unit of the panel to facilitate transferring a weight of the panel to the sill platform. The structural insert inhibits deformation of the frame when the patio door assembly is exposed to a high temperature environment (e.g., a desert environment).

DOOR THRESHOLD
An entry door drainable threshold comprises a front section including one or more water egress apertures; a trough section including one or more apertures; and a water ramp member disposed under the trough section and the front section, whereby water falls down through the one or more apertures of the trough section, down the water ramp member, and out of the entry door drainable threshold through the one or more water egress apertures.

Door sill system, apparatus, and methods for a door assembly
A system, device, kit, assembly and methods for a frame assembly, including a door sill as shown and described. The assembly may be a door frame assembly and may, by way of example, be a door jamb and/or a door mullion including a door sill. In other embodiments, a door sill includes a base component having a slot, a deck component having a segment, and wherein the segment component press-fits within the slot to adjoin the base component and the deck component. Some inventions of the present disclosure may be considered a door sill having a press-fit removable deck.

Pest barricade
A barricade used to obstruct the gap between a garage door, weather stripping, a threshold surface and a door frame. The barricade successfully prevents pests from breaching the barricade. The barricade uses a spring assist with low displacement force in order to conform to the changing downward or upward angle when a garage door is being operated. It also includes smooth ceramic or rubber that is magnetized to prevent chaffing to the garage door surface. This barrier stays in-place or rotates relative to the garage door face when encountering foreign objects in the path of the moving garage door. Alternatively, the barriers may be constructed of overlapping and/or abutting material configured to obstruct gaps at door frames and/or at threshold surfaces where a weather stripping and/or weather-stripping bulb provide inadequate obstruction.
