Threshold sill with removable barrier insert
A threshold sill seal assembly useful with glass wall systems is described. The assembly has a sill with a top surface. The threshold sill assembly includes a removable barrier insert that is removably engaged with a cavity provided in the top surface of the sill and has a portion substantially parallel to the movable glass wall that can act as a barrier to the intrusion of environmental conditions.

Integrated elevator sill drain
A threshold drain system for redirecting water entering an elevator shaft at an opening thereof is provided. The threshold drain system may include a catch channel and a sill plate. The catch channel may include a forward wall connectable to an interior wall of the elevator shaft along and below the threshold. The sill plate extends from a rearward wall of the catch channel and is offset rearward relative to at least a portion of a vertical surface of the finished floor facing the elevator shaft to define a rearward offset. The forward wall may include a flange extending from an upper end of the forward wall at an elevation lower than a bottom of the sill plate so as to define a vertical offset. The rearward offset and the vertical offset at least in part define a passageway configured to direct the water into the catch channel.

Window assembly
Window assemblies and methods for their construction are disclosed. In one aspect, the disclosed window assemblies include wooden side jambs connected to a non-wooden sill assembly via intermediately positioned end caps. In some examples, each end cap includes a main body and a step defined within the main body for supporting an end of the sill assembly, wherein the step extends at an oblique angle to a length of the side jamb associated with the end cap. The provision of an angled or obliquely oriented shelf eliminates the need to mill a similarly shaped structure within the wooden side jambs.

Adjustable flush threshold for sliding doors and windows
A sliding door or window system includes a track. The track includes an outer housing; an inner housing within the outer housing; a guide body provided with the inner housing and configured to guide a sliding movement of a door or a window; and at least one adjustable body that is provided on the outer housing, at least partially within the inner housing, and fixed with respect to the inner housing in a vertical direction, the at least one adjustable body configured to change a height of the inner housing with respect to the outer housing by rotating, such as to change a height of the guide body.
