FALL CONTROL LADDER
20210372200 · 2021-12-02 ·

The invention is directed broadly to a ladder having a fall control system, comprising: a ladder; a tensioner mounted towards a bottom end of the ladder; a mount mounted towards a top end of the ladder; a cable that extends from the tensioner and over the mount in a looped configuration; and an arrestor movably engaged with the cable for coupling a user to the cable, wherein the tensioner has a locked configuration for holding tension on the cable to support a weight of the user and an open configuration for allowing the cable to pass through the tensioner.

Ladder Stabilizer
20220186559 · 2022-06-16 · ·

A ladder stabilizer removably mounts to one of the two spaced rails of a conventional ladder, and a mirror image stabilizer preferably mounts to the other rail. The stabilizer is of unitary construction, preferably injection molded from thermoplastic material, and includes a longitudinal member with an open channel along one longitudinal surface, the channel bounded by opposing longitudinal flanges. The member is sized and shaped and of sufficient flexibility to removably mount to the rail at any desired vertical position, and is relatively non-slidable with respect thereto once mounted. An opposite longitudinal surface of the member includes a plurality of step-like serrations. With one stabilizer mounted to each of the two ladder rails, and the ladder leaned against a structure for conventional use, the step-like serrations reduce the risk of movement of the ladder relative to the structure, and therefore promote safe use of the ladder. Also, the composition of the stabilizer protects the structure from any adverse effects.

TREE STAND SYSTEM

A portable stand includes a telescoping ladder and a plurality of pairs of brackets. Each bracket of the plurality of pairs of brackets includes an eyelet, and each of the plurality of pairs of brackets includes a rod that connects each pair of brackets with one another. The portable stand may further include a plurality of straps, and each of the plurality of straps is secured to a corresponding pair of brackets. The portable stand may further include a platform.

SAFETY RAIL

A safety rail that can be used in connection with ladder stands is disclosed. The safety rail can be used for the safe installation and/or take down of a ladder stand, and only one user is needed to install and/or take down the ladder stand when using the safety rail as disclosed herein.

SYSTEM FOR SECURING AN UPRIGHT LADDER
20220154531 · 2022-05-19 ·

A system for securing an upright ladder provides a robust and reliable mechanism for securing the ladder to a vertical object such as a pole or tree. The system comprises: a pole bracket positioned adjacent a top distal end of the ladder between a first rail and a second rail of the ladder; an upper anchor mechanism positioned on or adjacent the first rail; an upper ratchet cleat mechanism positioned on or adjacent the second rail; and an eyelet/guider positioned adjacent the upper ratchet cleat mechanism for guiding, in use, a rope into the upper ratchet cleat mechanism; wherein the upper anchor mechanism and the upper ratchet cleat mechanism are positioned at approximately a same longitudinal distance from the top distal end of the ladder.

LADDER SAFETY DEVICE

Systems and methods for securing a ladder to a gutter are disclosed. An insert includes a first portion configured to fit within an opening for the gutter and a second portion configured to form a channel configured to receive a front surface of the gutter. A number of arms extend from the second portion. The arms are selectively deformable into a number of positions, and may be wrapped around side rails of the ladder.

Ladder Stabilization Assembly
20220081972 · 2022-03-17 ·

A ladder stabilization assembly for inhibiting a ladder from tipping laterally includes a pair of eyebolts that can each be attached to a respective leg of a ladder. A tube is insertable through each of the eyebolts such that the tube is oriented to extend along a horizontal axis. In this way the tube is aligned with a support surface on which the ladder is standing to inhibit the ladder from tipping laterally.

SAFETY APPARATUS
