Brake system module removably attachable to a vehicle

An anti-lock brake system module for a trailer or dolly, including a module panel having a front side and a back side facing in an opposite direction to the front side, a plurality of anti-lock brake system components, at least a portion of the components attached to the front side of the module panel and at least a portion of the components attached to the back side of the module panel, the plurality of anti-lock brake system components including an anti-lock brake valve and an electronic control unit, and a mounting element for removably connecting the module panel to a mounting location, such as an I-beam, of the trailer or dolly.

Manufacture and method for forming structures and the structures resulting therefrom

A clip for assembling corners of hollow members such as the rails and stiles of an extruded aluminum door. The clip has an L shape and may feature a double L shape. A portion inserts into the hollow of a first member and is attached thereto. Another portion extends into the other hollow member for attachment thereto to form a sturdy joint without welding. Pairs of clips may be used at each corner.

Among other things, a piece of furniture is formed from three separate precut pieces of flat triple wall cardboard. A first one of the pieces has a bottom edge to rest on a floor with the first piece rising vertically from the bottom edge and has at least one slot at an upper edge of the first piece. A second one of the pieces has a bottom edge to rest on the floor with the second piece rising from the bottom edge and having at least one slot at an upper edge of the second piece. A third one of the pieces has a crease across the piece and at least two slots along at least one edge that is parallel to the fold. The piece of furniture is formed by mating the one slot in the first piece with one of the slots of the third piece, folding the third piece of cardboard at the crease, and mating the one slot in the second piece with another one of the slots of the third piece, with the third piece folded along the crease.

Method and system for interconnecting structural panels

Building or structural panels may be joined, such as to form walls or floors. The panels may be connected in various orientations via one or more connectors. The connectors may mount to anchors associated with the panels. The panels may have outer skins located over an expanded core comprising a matrix of supporting elongate members and voids or openings, with the anchors located at edges of the panels.

Cardboard construction

The invention provides an angled joint component for joining together components of a construction formed from cardboard. The joint is preferably folded from a single piece of cardboard and comprises a plurality of layers held in juxtaposition. The joint may be included in a desk formed from cardboard top and leg sub-assemblies.

MODULAR, FACETED, BLOCK-AND-SHELL NODE SYSTEM FOR CONNECTING ELONGATE FRAME ELEMENTS
20170037890 · 2017-02-09 · ·

A modular, faceted-component node system for uniting adjacent ends of elongate frame elements at selectively different types of frame-element-junction nodes in a frame structure including (a) a first type faceted node component adapted for attachments to it of ends of plural, elongate frame elements, operable as a singularity to form in a frame structure a first-type frame-element-junction node, and a second type faceted node component for joining, and cooperating with, different pluralities of the first-type node component to form, selectively with such component pluralities, in a frame structure a plurality of different, second-type frame-element-junction nodesthe first and second type node components including, respectively, concave and convex, angularly faceted surface regions that are complementary to one another, and that accommodate facet-to-facet, matching-facet-coextensive, selective joinder of the two component types.

Connecting device and drawer having a connecting device

The invention proposes a device for connecting wall elements of a drawer, wherein the wall elements, in the connected state, form at least part of a wall of the drawer, and wherein the drawer wall comprises a front wall, a rear wall and/or at least one side wall. According to the invention, a plate-like connecting adapter with engagement means is provided for connecting the wall elements which are to be connected, the engagement means interacting, for connecting purposes, both with an end side of a first wall element which is to be connected and with a main side of a second wall element which is to be connected, wherein the connecting adapter, in its main direction of extent, butts against the end side and the main side.

LOWER CORNER CONNECTOR FOR MODULAR SPORTS GOAL

A lower corner connector for a modular sports goal comprises a first tube having a generally circular inner surface and a second tube extending substantially perpendicularly to the first tube. The first tube has an open end for receiving an upright and a base opposite the open end for resting on a surface. A retainer projects inwardly from the inner surface of the first tube for engaging and retaining the upright and permitting the upright to rock toward and away from the second tube within the first tube to assist in absorbing impact forces.

WORK PIECE HAVING SELF-SUPPORTING GUSSET AND METHOD RELATED THERETO

A structure includes a first body section that has a wall that spans in a vertical direction. The wall has a relatively thin thickness with respect to a length and a width of the wall. A second body section is arranged next to, but spaced apart from, the first body section. A gusset connects the first body section and the second body section. The gusset extends obliquely from the wall of the first body section with respect to the vertical direction such that the gusset is self-supporting. The first body section has a geometry that corresponds to an end-use component exclusive of the gusset.
