SYSTEMS AND METHODS OF ACCESSIBLE BELT GUARD
The system and methods described herein provide a fan belt guard housing configured to contain a fan belt of a heating, ventilation, and/or air conditioning (HVAC) unit. The fan belt guard housing includes a frame having a first lateral strut, a first flange extending from the first lateral strut, and a second flange extending from the first lateral strut, where the first flange is offset from the second flange to define a gap therebetween. The fan belt guard housing also includes an access panel configured to removably couple to the frame, where the access panel includes a cutout formed in an outer edge of the access panel, and the cutout is configured to align with the second flange of the frame such that the access panel can then slide along the first flange to position the outer edge of the access panel within the gap and capture the access panel between the first flange and the second flange in an installed configuration of the access panel.
WATERPROOF STRUCTURE FOR SPEED REDUCER AND ROTATION DEVICE
A waterproof structure for a speed reducer according to one aspect of the disclosure includes: a speed reducer for decelerating a rotational driving force of an electric motor and transmitting the decelerated rotational driving force to a rotationally driven portion; a motor flange housing the speed reducer; a cover externally covering the speed reducer in a liquid-tight manner; and a holding plate and a first fixing bolt provided on an inner peripheral side of the cover to fix the cover to the motor flange.
Gearbox torque sensor
A system and method of measuring torque generated by a drive train like that used in a rotating equipment drive. A drive motor is mounted to a rotatable brake assembly which, in turn, is coupled to a gear drive which, in turn, transmits rotational power. The brake assembly is coupled to a fixed cover of the gear drive by a gearbox torque sensor that prevents rotation between the brake assembly and the housing. The sensor can be a load cell or its equivalent. A control module may be configured to adjust operation of the rotating equipment drive in response to the torque signal. All input torque from the drive motor to the gearbox is measured when the brake is disengaged through the load cell. All input torque at the gearbox output shaft, through back-driving, is measured when the brake is engaged through the load cell.
Domestic dishwasher
A household dishwasher includes a washing container holding a dishwasher load, and a spray arm for applying washing liquor and/or fresh water to the dishwasher load. The spray arm is mounted for rotation about an axis of rotation and is actively driven by a drive entity. The drive entity includes a drive shaft mounted for rotation about an axis of rotation which extends in parallel relation to and at a distance from the axis of rotation of the spray arm.
Actuator for solar panels
An actuator assembly for a solar tracking system. The actuator assembly includes a gearbox housing and a gearbox cover, a motor, and a lead screw. The gearbox housing and gearbox cover cooperate to define an internal chamber for receiving a gear assembly. The motor is mounted to the gearbox housing and is operatively connected to the gear assembly. The lead screw is operatively attached to the gear assembly and mounted inside an inner tube. A thrust bearing assembly is disposed between the gear assembly and the lead screw, with a portion of a thrust bearing nut being positioned within the thrust bearing assembly. A castle nut engages the thrust bearing nut, with the locking washer being frictionally engaged with the castle nut in an interlocking manner. An inner tube is mounted with in an outer tube for linear movement with respect to the outer tube.
Linear actuator
The disclosure is a linear actuator. A transmission mechanism includes a motor, a gear set and a screw rod. A releasing mechanism is disposed between the gear set and the screw rod and includes a driving gear, a first clutch, a second clutch and a sliding sleeve. A toggle restraining mechanism includes a stem, a rotating element and a restraining assembly. The rotating element has a restraining hole and a rotating arm. The restraining assembly includes a restraining presser, a restraining spring and an engaging element. The stem is moved to rotate the rotating element, the rotating arm is rotated with the rotating element to push the sliding sleeve. The sliding sleeve is pushed by the rotating arm to separate from the second clutch. The engaging element is engaged in the restraining hole to restrain the rotating element from rotating when the rotating element is rotated to a specific angle.
Compact gear motor
The present disclosure relates to a mechatronic actuator consisting of a housing incorporating a shell and a three-phase electric motor formed by a stator excited by electrical coils and by a magnetized rotor, driving an output shaft by means of a gear train, the axis of the rotor, the axis of the output shaft and the axes of the intermediate toothed wheels being parallel, the stator having a radial triangular star shape, the three wound poles forming the three branches of the star, the axes of symmetry of two consecutive wound poles forming a mechanical angle of 120°, the housing also incorporating an electronic circuit, including a capacitor for filtering the electrical signal, the shell having a longitudinal axis, characterized in that the stator is positioned in the hosing in such a way that the axis of symmetry of one of the three wound poles forms an angle of between 70 and 110° with the longitudinal axis.

A device (13) for transferring rotational power from a first shaft (14) to a second shaft (15), comprising an endless toothed belt (16) and a housing (17), wherein the belt (16) is arranged inside said housing (17) and is connectable to the first and second shafts (14, 15) for transferring rotational power from the first shaft (14) to the second shaft (15). The housing (17) comprises a first cavity (18) and a second cavity (19), wherein the second cavity (19) is separated from the first cavity (18) by means of a wall (20). The belt (16) is arranged in the first cavity (18) and the first cavity (18) is provided with a first liquid for contacting the belt (16). The second cavity (19) is provided with a second liquid, the second liquid being a cooling liquid. The housing (17) comprises an inlet (23) to the second cavity (19) and an outlet (24) from the second cavity (19) for the second liquid, and the second cavity (19) is connected to a source of the second liquid through the inlet (23), so that the second liquid can be circulated through the second cavity (19). Disclosed is also a machine including such a device and uses of such a device for industrial machines.

An electric actuator 1 includes a drive unit 2, a driving force transmission mechanism 3, a motion conversion mechanism 4, an accommodation space accommodating the drive unit 2, the driving force transmission mechanism 3, and the motion conversion mechanism 4, and a ventilation section 5. The ventilation section 5 includes a vent 53 penetrating a partition wall partitioning the driving force transmission mechanism 3, an air flow path 46 communicating with the vent 53, and a filter 60.
Motor assembly for a washing machine appliance
A washing machine appliance includes a wash basket rotatably mounted within a wash tub for receiving of a load of articles for washing and a drive motor having a motor shaft for selectively rotating the wash basket and an agitation element. A cooling fan is mechanically coupled to the motor shaft for urging a flow of air as the drive motor rotates the motor shaft and a fan cover is positioned over the cooling fan. The fan cover includes an endcap positioned opposite the cooling fan relative to the drive motor along an axial direction, a peripheral portion defining a plurality of ventilation openings spaced apart along a circumferential direction, and a plurality of louvers positioned over the plurality of ventilation openings for directing the flow of air away from the drive motor.
