The disclosure relates to sweetener compositions, methods of making same, and products comprising same. In an aspect, the sweetener composition can include one or more steviol glycosides. For example, the steviol glycoside can include rebaudioside A, rebaudioside B, rebaudioside C, rebaudioside D, rebaudioside F, dulcoside A, rubusoside, and/or steviobioside. In various aspects, the disclosed compositions comprise a sweetening agent. In further aspects, the disclosed beverage compositions comprise a sweetener composition. In further aspects, the disclosed beverage composition comprising a sweetener composition as described herein is a cola or lemon-lime flavored beverage.

Liquid concentrate composition
Provided herein is a liquid concentrate composition having steviol glycosides, a stabiliser including xanthan and/or iota-carrageenan, and water. The steviol glycosides include rebaudioside M in an amount of about 800 ppm or more by total weight of the liquid concentrate composition. The pH of the liquid concentrate composition is less than about 7. Also provided herein is a method of providing a food product, a food product obtainable from the method, and a method of providing a liquid concentrate composition.

METHODS OF PRODUCING SWEET JUICE COMPOSITIONS
The present disclosure relates to methods of producing a sweet juice composition from monk fruit and other fruit of the Cucurbitaceae family containing mogroside V and other terpene glycosides. The methods employ a cation exchange resin and an anion exchange resin to obtain a sweet juice composition with a clean flavor. The sweet juice composition can be used in a food, beverage, pharmaceutical or dietary supplement product.
SWEETENED COMPOSITION AND PREPARATION METHOD AND USE THEREOF
The invention relates to a sweetened composition, in particular to a sweetened composition and a preparation method and use thereof, the sweetened composition consists of at least 0-99% mogroside V and 0-99% fructooligosaccharide, and the preparation method includes the following steps: take Momordica grosvenori extract, then perform enzymatic conversion treatment on the Momordica grosvenori extract by biological enzyme coupled membrane separation technology, convert sucrose contained in Momordica grosvenori into oligofructose under the action of fructosyltransferase, sucrase and glucose isomerase, convert low-sweetness glucose commonly existing in the Momordica grosvenori into high-sweetness fructose, and obtain the sweetened composition after recombination, concentration and sterilization. The sweetened composition product prepared by the invention improves the defects of insufficient sweetness and delayed sweetness of mogroside V, and can be used for preparation of food, beverages, dietary supplements, pharmaceuticals, and pet food.

A process for producing a dried product, optionally in the form of a flake, the process comprising (a) combining an active ingredient with a carrier, and an optional stabilizer, to create a wet mixture, wherein the active ingredient and carrier are in a ratio of about 1:1 to about 1:250 in the wet mixture; (b) spreading the wet mixture on a belt of a thin film belt dryer with a belt temperature in the range of about 60 C.-92 C.; and (c) drying the mixture to produce a dried product with less than about 7% moisture, optionally about 2-5% moisture, and a water activity of about 0.15 and about 0.65; as well as a dried product that can be produced by the method, and related methods and compositions.
Rebaudioside M-rich stevia plant
The present invention provides a high rebaudioside M content non-genetically modified stevia plant comprising rebaudioside M at higher content as compared with the wild type stevia species. The present invention also provides a method of producing such a high rebaudioside M content non-genetically modified stevia plant, and a dry leaf obtainable from such a plant.
POLYPODOSIDE SWEET FLAVOR MODIFIER
