Vehicle seat member, vehicle seat, and production method therefor
A method for producing a vehicle seat member in which a frame member having protrusions is integrally molded to a foamed resin molded body is provided. The method comprises an in-mold foam molding step of placing the frame member in a mold, packing prefoamed resin particles, and molding the foamed resin molded body by in-mold foam molding; and a demolding step of removing the mold to obtain the vehicle seat member, wherein in the in-mold foam molding step, the foamed resin molded body is molded so that (BA)/B is 13/1000 or less, wherein A is an outer dimension of the foamed resin molded body in the vehicle seat member obtained by the demolding step and B is an inner dimension of the mold corresponding to the outer dimension of the foamed resin molded body.
Vehicle seat member and method of manufacturing same
Provided is a method for suppressing deformation by contraction after molding of a vehicle seat member comprising a foamed resin molded body embedding a frame member. The method manufactures a vehicle seat member (1) including a foamed resin molded body (100) and a frame member (200) at least a part of which is embedded therein in which the frame member (200) includes frameworks (250), (260) extending inside the foamed resin molded body (100) along an outer shape (400) of the vehicle seat member (1) in plan view. The method comprises forming gaps (101), (101), (102), (102) along an extending direction of the frameworks (250), (260) between at least a part of the frameworks (250), (260) and a part of the foamed resin molded body (100) located on an outer side of the at least a part of the frameworks (250), (260).
MULTIFUNCTIONAL SEATING SYSTEM
A multifunctional seating system comprising a platform composed of the joint of crossbars with cruises made by inserting ends of the cruises into the internal tubular space of the crossbars is provided. The platform is provided with a geometrically distributed plurality of retaining pins constituting constraint and support of soft blades or other elements of completion.

Long synthetic resin foam body
A long synthetic resin foam body composed of a thermoplastic resin expanded beads-molded substrate and a frame having displacement regulating sections provided at both ends in the longitudinal or lateral direction of the substrate and a connecting section that connects the displacement regulating sections to each other. The substrate has at least one joint forming portion that divides the substrate in a direction intersecting the connecting section into two or more substrate parts. The joint forming portion has a joint that connects the adjacent two substrate parts to each other and is deformable to permit a relative displacement between the adjacent two substrate parts when the substrate contracts or expands.
