The device can be configured into multiple shapes for extra utility while the device is used. For instance, the user can lie flat on the device as well as form the device into a chair. Other features that may be incorporated into the device include a storage compartment, a cell phone compartment, and an air conditioner and the ability for more than one person to use the device. In some of the embodiments the device can be used by two people.

The connection comprises a customizable insert which can be of different heights such that the same tray can be connected to various different pre-existing container holders such as those of different seating configurations. The connecting insert is a generally cylindrical connecting portion having a first end configured for connection to the tray and a second end for inserting into the pre-existing container holder.

Cup holder insert and methods for increasing depth of cup holders

A cup holder insert for increasing the depth of an existing cup holder includes a generally cylindrical body with an open top, a bottom and a sidewall. The body also includes an upper lip extending outwardly from the sidewall and surrounding the top. An engagement system having a flexible lip, an engagement aperture and an alignment flange functions to secure the cup holder insert into an existing cup holder to increase the existing cup holder depth. A method for inserting the cup holder insert into an existing cup holder is also disclosed.

A chair includes a seat base, a back rest, left and right chair arm structures on opposite sides of the seat base, and a dispenser housing fitted within one of the chair arm structures. A cooler is removably received within an interior chamber of the dispenser housing and is structured to be filled with ice or frozen gel packs. A downwardly angled rack within the interior chamber provides a path that is directed at least partially around the cooler. The rack holds an arrangement of adjacently positioned beverage cans that are able to roll along the path by gravity assist while also being chilled by the cooler. A sliding drawer below the interior chamber includes a pocket for receiving a lowermost beverage can from the rack. The drawer pulls out from the front of the chair to dispense a single beverage can while the remaining cans advance one position.

The outer cover may rotate relative to the cupholder to allow the one cup slot to be unfolded or folded. A movable function rack capable of rotating outwards relative to the armrest assembly is arranged in each of armrest assemblies. The movable function rack is provided with a function table. In the hidden position, the movable function rack is entirely located in the accommodating groove. In the use position, the movable function rack rotates outwards from the accommodating groove to protrude from the armrest assembly, and the function table is exposed outside.

Various embodiments may advantageously provide an adaptive chair system in an ultralight form factor which may fulfill multiple functions including, by way of example and not limitation, seating, sun/rain canopy, footrest, or some combination thereof.

The water-dispensing method for furniture incorporates a water recovery process, a water STT process, and a discharge process. The water recovery process: a) converts water contained in a gas phase in the atmosphere into water in a liquid phase; b) initially treats the converted liquid phase water to remove microorganisms and other chemical contaminations; and c) transports the initially treated liquid phase water to the water STT process. The water STT process: a) receives and stores the initially treated (liquid phase) water from the water recovery process; b) subsequently treats the stored water with a final treatment to remove microorganisms and other chemical contaminations; and, c) transports the treated stored water to the discharge process. The discharge process: a) receives the water from the water STT process after the final treatment; and, b) controls the discharge of the water received from the water STT process.
