FACIAL ENROLLMENT AND RECOGNITION SYSTEM
20230282027 · 2023-09-07 ·

A facial recognition system includes a memory for storing a facial image database, wherein the facial image database includes a plurality of entries each corresponding to a different person, and wherein each entry includes a person identifier along with one or more facial images of the person. The facial recognition system further includes a facial recognition module that is operatively coupled to the memory. The facial recognition module is configured to receive a new facial image, and to select one or more facial recognition engines based on one or more facial image parameters of the new facial image, and to use the selected facial recognition engines to compare the new facial image with facial models that are based upon facial images stored in the facial image database in order to identify the person in the new facial image.

Authentication based on object recognition

Various systems, mediums, and methods herein describe aspects of an authentication system. The system may receive a request from a user device to authenticate a user. The system may determine a route travelled by the user. The route can be determined based at least on data retrieved from the user device of the user. The system may determine one or more objects viewable along the route. At least one image of the one or more objects can be selected. The system may communicate the at least one image and at least one other image to the user device to be displayed on the user device. The system may receive a selection of the at least one image by the user through a display of the user device. The authentication of the user can be based, at least in part, on the user selection of the at least one image.

SUPPRESSING PERSONALLY OBJECTIONABLE CONTENT IN SEARCH RESULTS
20230281239 · 2023-09-07 ·

Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media, for suppressing search results to personally objectionable content. One of the methods includes receiving an identifier of a resource that has image content. A first classifier classifies the image content as including objectionable content or not including objectionable content. A second classifier classifies the image content as including professionally produced content or not including professionally produced content. Whenever the image content is classified as including objectionable content and as not including professionally produced content, the resource is designated as having personally objectionable content.

System and method for training a damage identification model
11748399 · 2023-09-05 · ·

A system is provided for identifying damages of a vehicle. During operation, the system can obtain a set of digital images associated with a set of tagged digital images as training data. Each tagged digital image in the set of tagged digital images may include at least one damage object. Based on the training data, the system can train a damage identification model by reducing noise associated with the damage object; generating a set of feature vectors for the training data; and using the set of feature vectors to optimize a set of parameters associated with the damage identification model to obtain a trained damage identification model. The system can then apply the trained damage identification model to obtain a damage category prediction result and determine a repair solution based on the damage category prediction result.

Intelligent agents for managing data associated with three-dimensional objects

The techniques disclosed herein improve the efficiency of a system by providing intelligent agents for managing data associated with objects that are displayed within mixed-reality and virtual-reality collaboration environments and facilitating communication between the agents and computing devices associated with the collaboration environments. Individual agents are configured to collect, analyze, and store data associated with individual objects in a database associated with the agent. The agents are further configured to receive queries from the computing devices regarding an individual object. Agents can respond to queries by presenting relevant information collected by the agent with a view of the queried object of interest In addition, the data stored by the agents can be shared between different collaboration environments without requiring users to manually store and present a collection of content for each object. The intelligent agents can also persist across multiple collaboration environments to enhance user engagement and improve productivity.

Document search device, document search program, and document search method

A document search device includes a document search unit configured to search for an input keyword in a document database in which document information including text data is stored, the text data being extracted, by using a character recognition process, from document image data generated by imaging a paper document, a similar keyword selecting unit configured to select a similar keyword in accordance with a degree of similarity to the input keyword, from a group of wildcard strings generated from the input keyword, and cause the document search unit to search for the similar keyword in the document database, and an output unit configured to output a search result obtained by searching for the input keyword in the document database and a search result obtained by searching for the similar keyword in the document database.

Automated image retrieval with image graph

An image retrieval system receives an image for which to identify relevant images from an image repository. Relevant images may be of the same environment or object and features and other characteristics. Images in the repository are represented in an image retrieval graph by a set of image nodes connected by edges to other related image nodes with edge weights representing the similarity of the nodes to each other. Based on the received image, the image traversal system identifies an image in the image retrieval graph and alternatively explores and traverses (also termed “exploits”) the image nodes with the edge weights. In the exploration step, image nodes in an exploration set are evaluated to identify connected nodes that are added to a traversal set of image nodes. In the traversal step, the relevant nodes in the traversal set are added to the exploration set and a query result set.

Provided are an ink data generation apparatus, an ink data generation method, and an ink data generation program that are capable of improving ease of handling ink data when or after metadata is generated. An ink data generation apparatus performs a determination as to an inclusion relation between a first set and a second set by comparing stroke elements of first set data and stroke elements of second set data using the first set data and the second set data. The ink data generation apparatus generates first metadata for the first set described in a form that varies in accordance with a result of the determination.
