Information processing system, recording medium, and information processing method
The present technology relates to an information processing system, a recording medium, and an information processing method which are capable of transmitting information to persons who are considered to be worthy of the transmission. An information processing system according to an aspect of the present technology stores position information indicating a position of a device of a user and date information at which position measurement is performed in correlation with each other, forms a community including users who leave a movement trajectory satisfying a predetermined condition at the periphery of a specific location on the basis of a user's movement history indicated by the stored information, and distributes a message input through a specific interface to users who pertain to the community. The present technology is applicable to a device such as an electronic signboard that is installed at a specific location.
Digital supplement association and retrieval for visual search
Systems and methods for identification and retrieval of content for visual search are provided. An example method includes receiving data specifying a digital supplement. The data may identify a digital supplement and a supplement anchor for associating the digital supplement with visual content. The method may also include generating a data structure instance that specifies the digital supplement and the supplement anchor and, after generating the data structure instance, enabling triggering of the digital supplement by an image based at least on storing the data structure instance in a database that includes a plurality of other data structure instances. The other data structure instances may each specify a digital supplement and one or more supplement anchors.

Techniques for automatically identifying secondary objects in a stereo-optical counting system
Techniques for distinguishing objects (e.g., an individual or an individual pushing a shopping cart) are disclosed. An object is detected in images of a scene. A height map is generated from the images, and the object is represented as height values in the height map. Based on height properties associated with another object, it is determined whether the other object is associated with the object. If so determined, the objects are classified separately.
Generating smart replies involving image files
Techniques for generating smart replies involving image files are disclosed herein. In some example embodiments, a computer system detects that a first message comprising a first image file has been transmitted from a first computing device of a first user to a second computing device of a second user, and generates a first plurality of smart replies based on a first embedding vector of the first image file, where the first embedding vector of the first image file is based on at least one of first textual metadata of the first image file, first image data of the first image file, and a first set of query text used by a first set of users in a first set of searches that resulted in the first image file being included in a first set of transmitted messages.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR ANNOTATING IMAGES
A method and system for electronically annotating an image, or preferably, specific portions of an image, with information. In one aspect, a user may generate an image, annotate the image, and upload or otherwise disseminate the annotated image to a web page or the like. Annotations are provided as labels that provide information about the image or items therein. Further users may access the labels to access the information. The labels further enable searching and contextual advertising.
METHOD FOR PROCESSING AUGMENTED REALITY APPLICATIONS, ELECTRONIC DEVICE EMPLOYING METHOD, AND NON-TRANSITORY STORAGE MEDIUM
A method to obtain a more accurate and more immediate augmented reality (AR) user experience in relation to identifying feature-marked or sound-marked objects for sale for example obtains any initial data via a device and determines whether identifiable data is included therein using artificial intelligence (AI) techniques. If so determined, the initial data is stored. The method determining whether such identifiable data is comprised in a predetermined database. If yes, the identifiable data is identified by matching to obtain information. The information in the identifiable data can be stored to the predetermined database to retrain an AI identification model. After AI training of an identification model, data relevant to the commodity taken in written or audio can be outputted into the AR scenario. An electronic device and a non-transitory storage medium are also disclosed.
EMBEDDING-BASED COLOR-OBJECT RETRIEVAL
Systems and methods for image retrieval are described. Embodiments of the present disclosure receive a search query from a user; extract an entity and a color phrase describing the entity from the search query; generate an entity color embedding in a color embedding space from the color phrase using a multi-modal color encoder; identify an image in a database based on metadata for the image including an object label corresponding to the extracted entity and an object color embedding in the color embedding space corresponding to the object label; and provide image information for the image to the user based on the metadata.
Visual Recognition Using User Tap Locations
Methods, systems, and apparatus for receiving a query image and a user tap location, processing the received query image based on the user tap location, identifying one or more entities associated with the processed query image and in response to receiving (i) the query image, and (ii) the user tap location, providing information about the identified one or more of the entities.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR SCREENSHOT LINKING
Systems and methods of the present disclosure are directed to analyzing screenshots A system can include a computing device including a processor coupled to a memory and a display screen configured to display content. The system can include an application stored on the memory and executable by the processor. The application can include a screenshot receiver configured to access, from storage to which a screenshot of the content displayed on the display screen captured using a screenshot function of the computing device is stored, the screenshot including an image and a predetermined marker. The application can include a marker detector configured to detect the predetermined marker included in the screenshot. The application can include a link identifier configured to identify, using the predetermined marker, a link to a resource mapped to the image included in the screenshot, the resource accessible by the computing device via the link.
