The display panel includes a pixel disposed in the display area and including a light emitting element and a pixel driving circuit electrically connected with the light emitting element, a sensor disposed in the display area and including a photo sensing element and a sensor driving circuit electrically connected with the photo sensing element, a data line electrically connected with the pixel and extended along a first direction, a scan line electrically connected with the pixel and extended along a second direction intersecting the first direction, and a readout line including a first readout portion in the display area. The first readout portion is electrically connected with the sensor and extended along the second direction in the display area.

A system and method for providing a touch control system are disclosed. In one aspect a touch screen interface on a mechanical keyboard is disclosed. A touch sensing area on a keyboard having mechanical key mechanisms also provides a touch sensing surface. Touch position on the keyboard is detected and used to control a user interface. Unique touch sensing systems are also disclosed.

An information processing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present technology includes: a selection unit. The selection unit selects, on the basis of a difference between first position information detected by a ranging sensor with respect to a target portion included in a body and second position information estimated by machine learning with respect to the target portion, the first position information or the second position information. As a result, it is possible to recognize the target portion with high accuracy.

A sensing device includes a substrate, a first circuit, a second circuit, a first photodetector, and a second photodetector. The substrate has a sensing region. The first circuit is disposed on the substrate and in the sensing region, and configured to sense a fingerprint. The second circuit is disposed on the substrate and in the sensing region, and configured to sense a living body. The first photodetector is electrically connected to the first circuit. The second photodetector is electrically connected to the second circuit. The area of the second photodetector is larger than the area of the first photodetector.

According to an aspect, a detection device includes: photodiodes; a light source; a detection circuit configured to detect detection signals output from the photodiodes; and an exposure period adjusting circuit configured to determine an exposure period of the photodiodes. A relation between an output value output from the detection circuit and the exposure period comprises a linear region and a saturated region, and a gradient of the output value with respect to the exposure period in the saturated region is smaller than a gradient of the output value with respect to the exposure period in the linear region. The exposure period adjusting circuit is configured to determine the exposure period based on a first output value output from the detection circuit in a first exposure period, a second output value output from the detection circuit in a second exposure period, and a reference output value set in advance.
