SYSTEM, METHOD AND COMPUTER-ACCESSIBLE MEDIUM FOR AUTHENTICATION OF REWARDS INFORMATION
An exemplary system, method and computer-accessible medium can include receiving information regarding a purchase by a person, receiving financial account information regarding a financial account associated with the person that was used to fund the purchase, generating rewards information associated with the purchase, generating an authentication token(s) based on the financial account information, sending the rewards information and the authentication token(s) over a network, and receiving a confirmation, over the network, that a rewards account associated with the person has been updated.
LOYALTY POINT DISTRIBUTIONS USING A DECENTRALIZED LOYALTY ID
A blockchain-based loyalty point distribution system may be configured to provide decentralized loyalty IDs. In one example, a system comprising a computing device that is configured to determine that a reward event has been initiated by a user and invoke executable code to display a user interface for selecting a loyalty provider for storing the reward event. The loyalty provider for storing the reward event is identified and the executable code is invoked to display a login page for the selected loyalty provider. A loyalty ID is determined and a customer reward to be written to a blockchain based at least in part on a public key.
METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR ISSUING, AGGREGATING AND REDEEMING MERCHANT REWARDS
A loyalty reward point system that utilizes the pre-existing infrastructure of network such as a credit card network. A user makes a purchase at a merchant using a token such as a credit card. The user is awarded loyalty points from the merchant based on the amount of the purchase (e.g. 100 points for a $100 purchase). The reward points, which are specific to the merchant and the user, are stored in a database at the issuing bank, the acquiring bank, or a central reward server. The user may redeem the reward points earned from the transaction with the merchant at a later time, or may redeem the points with another merchant in the same marketing cluster, or may aggregate those reward points with those of other merchants into a reward point exchange account, and then redeem the aggregated reward points for goods or services from any approved merchant on the network, depending on the configuration of the system.
LOYALTY ACCOUNT IDENTIFICATION
Using identifiers on user payment instruments to identify user loyalty accounts comprises a method to store a loyalty account list associated with a user, the loyalty account list comprising one or more user loyalty accounts; associate an identifier with the loyalty account list; receive information identifying a user loyalty account associated with a merchant, the information comprising an account number for the user loyalty account and an identity of the merchant; associate the user loyalty account with the loyalty account list; receive a request for information identifying a user loyalty account associated with a merchant, the request comprising the identifier received by the merchant from a user payment instrument and an identity of the merchant; determine the user loyalty account associated with the merchant; and provide the information identifying a user loyalty account associated with a merchant.
Methods And Systems For Determining Rewards For Consumers
Methods and systems are disclosed for real-time calculation of rewards associated with a commercial transaction. A real-time calculation of rewards can be associated with card payment transactions occurring on a payment account. In an aspect, a customer swiping their bank card at a merchant point of sale to initiate an authorization for a purchase can trigger notification and deliver of rewards associated with the pending commercial transaction.
System and method for a multiple merchant stored value card
The loyalty system allows a consumer to accumulate general loyalty points from one or more merchants, and convert any desired subset of general points to loyalty dollars associated with a specific merchant. The system stores, for each consumer, the merchant loyalty dollars (or monetary equivalent) by merchant within a remotely-accessible host database or within a smart card database. Upon conducting a purchase at a particular merchant, the consumer may utilize a code key to facilitate access to the consumer's own loyalty dollars for the particular merchant. The loyalty dollars are then applied to the purchase transaction as a discount or rebate. The consumer may also re-load the merchant loyalty dollar accounts.
Methods and Systems for Regulating Operation of Units Using Encryption Techniques Associated with a Blockchain
Methods and systems for regulating generation of units according to at least one encryption technique associated with a blockchain are disclosed. In some embodiments, a system includes a communication device configured to communicate with a computing device executing an application and a processor configured to execute instructions to perform operations. The operations include receiving transaction information describing a transaction; based on the transaction, determining product awards for at least one product awards program for the transaction; using the blockchain, determining a real-time conversion rate for the transaction, where the real-time conversion rate is regulated by the at least one encryption technique; based on the real-time conversion rate, converting the product awards to units; and entering into the blockchain encrypted data associated with the transaction, wherein the encrypted data is encrypted according to the at least one encryption technique.
Method and System to Conduct a Multi-Jurisdictional Lottery Rewards Program
A computer-implemented method implements a loyalty program across multiple lottery jurisdictions, wherein each jurisdiction issues lottery tickets with one or more barcode formats. A database is created that includes a library of the different lottery ticket barcode formats issued by each lottery jurisdiction, and is updated at defined time intervals with the current barcode formats used in the different jurisdictions. For entry into the loyalty program, an interface allows consumers from the various lottery jurisdictions to scan a barcode from a lottery ticket purchased in one of the lottery jurisdictions and transmit the scanned barcode image to a processor. The processor compares format of the scanned barcode in the transmitted image to a library of barcode formats. The processor credits an account in the loyalty program assigned to the consumer with credit for the scanned lottery ticket only if the format of the scanned barcode matches one of the barcode formats saved in the database.
Multi-vendor multi-loyalty currency program
Loyalty programs can be operated within a payment processing system having multiple vendors, thereby providing access to detailed transaction data and with the flexibility for customization of the loyalty programs themselves, by establishing a communication for the transfer of data via a customer-facing channel. When the payment processing system processes a transaction between a merchant and an account holder, in addition to obtaining payment for the merchant from the account via an acquirer and an issuer, respectively, a transaction handler tabulates and stores different types of loyalty currencies in a loyalty reward account associated with the account holder if the account holder is enrolled in a loyalty program and criteria for applying the loyalty program are satisfied. The account holder is provided access to the loyalty account via the customer-facing channel.
PERSONALIZED ADVERTISEMENT AND CHECKOUT SYSTEM AND METHOD
A personalized advertisement and checkout system and method for generating personalized merchant advertisements to specific device users includes a communications network, an advertisement system, at least one merchant administrator operable by a respective merchant user, at least one partner system and at least one user device operable by a respective device user. Each of the advertisement system, the merchant administrator, the partner system and the user device includes a processor and a memory in communication with the processor. Each of the merchant administrator and the user device includes a display and a user interface, the user interface of the merchant administrator receiving input from the respective merchant user and the user interface of the user device receiving input from the respective device user. The advertisement system ranks merchant campaigns entered by the merchant users and generates a list of merchant offer advertisements that is displayed on the user device.
