Methods, systems, and devices for resolving advertisement space contention
Aspects of the subject disclosure may include, for example, embodiments for detecting a navigation application operating on a first communication device, and identifying a location of the first communication device. Further embodiments can include obtaining a first advertisement and a second advertisement according to the location of the first communication device as well as determining a first priority associated with the first advertisement and a second priority associated with the second advertisement. Additional embodiments can include determining the first priority is higher than the second priority resulting in a determination to present the first advertisement prior to the second advertisement, and providing the first advertisement, the second advertisement, and the determination to the first communication device. The first communication device presents the first advertisement within navigation content utilizing the navigation application prior to presenting the second advertisement within the navigation content based on the determination. Other embodiments are disclosed.
Multi-item influence maximization
In implementations of multi-item influence maximization, a computing device can obtain updates to a user association graph that indicates social correspondence between users, and obtain updates to a user-item graph that indicates user correspondence with one or more items. The computing device includes an influence maximization module that can update an item association graph that indicates item correspondence of each item with one or more other items, where the item association graph can be updated based on the user-item graph that indicates the user correspondence with one or more of the items. The influence maximization module can then iteratively determine a resource allocation for each of the users to maximize user influence of multiple items that are associated in the item association graph and based on the social correspondence between the users, as well as assign a variable portion of the resource allocation to any number of the users.
Inbox management system
Electronic correspondence that includes one or more promotions may be generated for presenting to a consumer. In order to determine whether to present the electronic correspondence to the consumer, the promotions included in the electronic correspondences may be analyzed in terms of a probability the consumer will accept the promotions, a relevance level between the promotions and attributes of the consumer, a relevance level between the promotions and the consumer, a relevance level between the promotions and a set of goals or rules, among other similar terms. After the analysis, a determination may be made whether to send the electronic correspondence to the consumer. Similarly, the analysis may compare multiple electronic correspondences, and determine, based on the comparison, which of the multiple electronic correspondences to send to the consumer.
Promotional system interaction tracking
Techniques for providing webpages based on tracking consumer device interactions are discussed herein. Some embodiments may include one or more servers configured to: receive a request for access to a promotion webpage from a consumer device, wherein the request includes a consumer device cookie and the promotion webpage includes an indication of a promotion; in response to receiving the request for access to the promotion webpage, generate the promotion webpage including widgets; generate clickstream data based on tracking widget views of the widgets within the promotion webpage; associate the clickstream data with the consumer device cookie; and generate widget analytic data based on the clickstream data. The widget analytic data may then be used to populate webpages with widgets to optimize various criteria, such as widget views or promotion purchases.
Controlling Content Distribution
A computer-implemented method for controlling content distribution includes forwarding information associated with a user to a device operated by the user, the information being configured for use in selecting content from any of multiple content providers for a content distribution to the user. The method includes receiving, in response to the information, an edit of the information forwarded from the device. The edit identifies a first content provider and including a first modification of the content distribution regarding the first content provider. The method includes storing the edit in association with the information such that the first modification is taken into account in the content distribution. The method can be implemented using a computer program product tangibly embodied in a computer-readable storage medium.
LATENCY REDUCTION IN FEEDBACK-BASED SYSTEM PERFORMANCE DETERMINATION
The present disclosure is directed to a technique to reduce latency in feedback-based system performance determination. A system receives, from an application developer device, indications of an in-application event and a first input value for an application content delivery profile. The system receives, via an interface from an application developed by an application developer and executed by a computing device remote from the data processing system and different from the application developer device, a ping indicative of an occurrence of the in-application event on the computing device. The system merges data from the ping with internal data determined by the data processing system to generate merged data. The system determines a predicted performance for the in-application event and provides an indication of the predicted performance. The system configures, responsive to the indication of the predicted performance, the application content delivery profile with a second input value.
METHOD, DEVICE, BROWSER, ELECTRONIC DEVICE AND SEVER FOR PROVIDING CONTENT INFORMATION
The present invention discloses a content information supplying method, device, browser, electronic device and server. The method for supplying content information comprises: acquiring use information regarding an application; determining a tag corresponding to the application; determining, based on the use information, a first score of the tag; and supplying, based on the first score, content information. SYSTEM AND METHODS FOR DELIVERING TARGETED MARKETING OFFERS TO CONSUMERS VIA A DISTRIBUTED ARCHITECTURE SYSTEM
A system and methods for delivering targeted marketing offers to consumers during a session with an online (web-based) Internet portal, particularly suitable for online banking portals of financial institutions. An offer management system receives information corresponding to an advertising campaign of an advertiser corresponding to terms of a targeted marketing offer to be provided to a consumer accessing the online portal, and provides advertising campaign data corresponding to the targeted marketing offer and to an offer-triggering event to an offer placement system. An offer placement system receives the advertising campaign data, determines the occurrence of the offer-triggering event by a consumer during an online session with the online portal, and delivers information corresponding to the targeted marketing offer to the consumer. In response to the offer-triggering event, such as display of a list of transactions, the predetermined targeted marketing offer is delivered to the consumer during the online session.

In general, in one aspect, a method includes compiling user interaction statistics for a set of content items displayed in association with a first target media document having a non-textual portion, at least some of the content items associated with one or more keywords, based on the interaction statistics, associating the first target media document with at least some of the keywords associated with the content items, and based on a common attribute of the first target media document and a second target media document having a non-textual portion, associating the second target media document with at least some of the keywords assigned to the first target media document. System and method for a mobile wallet
A mobile device includes at least one processor, a memory and computer-executable instructions stored thereon. The mobile device is structured to determine first geolocation information indicative of a location of the mobile device and determine, based on the first geolocation information, that the mobile device is located within a predetermined geographic region from a plurality of merchant locations. The mobile device generates an electronic alert message regarding the plurality of merchant locations and displays the electronic alert message to the user. The mobile device determines a user selection of a payment card via a mobile wallet application running on the mobile device. Second geolocation information regarding a location of the mobile device is determined. A code generate a code for a purchase transaction is generated. The code includes the second geolocation information, tokenized payment card information, and a merchant identifier.
