Mitigating satellite interference
Mitigation of satellite interference is contemplated. The mitigation may include processing satellite transmissions to remove interferences based on an amount of signal overlap, such as to facilitate mitigating interferences resulting from satellite spacing and/or ground antenna dish size.
Concentric cells in a wireless communication system
Aspects described herein relate to a base station for providing air-to-ground wireless communication over various altitudes. The base station includes a first antenna array comprising one or more antennas configured to form a first cell coverage area extending substantially from a horizon up to a first elevation angle away from the first antenna array to a predetermined distance from the first antenna array. The base station further includes a second antenna array configured at an uptilt elevation angle to form a second cell coverage area extending at least from the first elevation angle to a second elevation away from the second antenna array, wherein the first cell coverage area and the second cell coverage area are concentric to define the ATG cell at least to the predetermined distance and up to a predetermined elevation.

COVERAGE INDICATOR PREDICTION METHOD, MODEL TRAINING METHOD AND APPARATUS, DEVICE AND MEDIUM
Provided is a coverage indicator prediction method. The method includes: obtaining a wireless cell feature of a wireless cell to be predicted, a geographical environment feature of the wireless cell to be predicted, a grid geographical environment feature, and a feature of a wireless propagation path from the wireless cell to be predicted to a corresponding grid, where grids are obtained by dividing a designated region; and predicting, according to the wireless cell feature of the wireless cell to be predicted, the geographical environment feature of the wireless cell to be predicted, the grid geographical environment feature, and the feature of the wireless propagation path from the wireless cell to be predicted to the corresponding grid, a coverage indicator value of the grids using a trained coverage indicator prediction model. Coverage indicator prediction apparatus, model training method and apparatus, electronic device, and computer-readable storage medium are also provided.
Cell map built and used by mobile devices
A knowledge base of cell information can be built and made available to one or more mobile devices. A mobile device with access to this cell information may proactively perform a radio signal scan at a frequency of an expected cell(s) that is/are indicated in the cell information (e.g., if the expected cell is associated with a serving cell and/or with a geolocation that corresponds to the current Global Positioning System (GPS) location of the mobile device). After performing the radio signal scan, the mobile device may store measurement information (e.g., signal strength) about the expected cell(s) in local memory of the mobile device, and, upon receiving an instruction from the serving cell, the mobile device may access the stored measurement information from its local memory, and may send the measurement information to the requesting serving cell.

Platform for vehicle cooperation and coordination of services
A control platform generates commands for coordinating use of network resources between a plurality of vehicles within a geographic region. In an embodiment, game-theoretical modelling is employed to determine allocation of resources in a manner that provides an optimal solution for a given allocation strategy. This model may reward controllers of vehicles that comply with a coordination policy while penalizing controllers of vehicles that defect from compliance.
