PLUG CONNECTION WITH BACKLASH-FREE PRELOAD
Plug-in connection, comprising a plug-in connector (1) which can be plugged together with a mating plug-in connector, M also known as a pin housing (2), it being possible to at least indirectly lock the plug-in connector (1) with the mating plug-in connector (2), characterised in that a bushing housing (3) is provided which at least partially surrounds the plug-in connector (1) and provides the locking with the mating plug-in connector or pin housing (2), and in that the plug-in connector (1), the mating plug-in connector or the pin housing (2) and the bushing housing (3) are operatively interconnected by means of a lever mechanism and can be braced together.
CONNECTOR WITH EASY-TO-UNLOCK GROOVE STRUCTURE
A connector and a connector assembly are provided. The connector includes a housing and a locking/unlocking mechanism arranged on the housing that is configured to lock and unlock a connection between the connector and a mating connector. The locking/unlocking mechanism includes a cantilever structure arranged on a top surface of the housing and having a fixed end and a free end, with a pressing portion for unlocking being located adjacent to the free end and an unlocking prevention mechanism including a protection beam and a pair of protection walls. The protection beam spans over the cantilever. The pair of protection walls are arranged on both sides of the pressing portion of the cantilever. Each protection wall is provided with a first groove at a location close to the protection beam.
STRETCHING STRAP UNLOCK CONNECTOR
A stretching strap unlock connector includes a socket and a plug. The socket includes a socket case including a fixing latch, and the fixing latch has a fixing hole. The plug includes a plug case, a strap and an upper cover. The plug case includes a fixing component configured to buckle the fixing hole and has a unlock groove and a fixing groove. The strap is moveably configured on the plug case and includes a unlock structure configured in the unlock groove. The upper cover includes an engaged structure buckled in the fixing groove. When the strap is pulled, the unlock structure is detached from the unlock groove for lifting the fixing latch to detach the fixing component from the fixing hole, and the engaged structure ensures that the upper cover not be detached from the plug case.
POWER TRANSFER SYSTEM
A power transfer system includes a port panel assembly including a port panel, a locating pocket formed in the port panel, locking ports arranged in the locating pocket, and terminal assemblies attached to a rear side of the locating pocket and having conductive terminals, and a power transfer assembly having a transfer housing with access ports and terminal retainers, latches housed in the transfer housing to engage the locking ports, a spring arranged between the latches and pressing the latches to protrude outwardly from the transfer housing through the access ports, and connection members arranged in the terminal retainer and adapted be connected to an electric device. When the power transfer assembly is inserted into the port panel assembly, tip portions of the latches are inserted into the locking ports to be secured to the port panel assembly, and the connection members contact the conductive terminals of the port panel.
Base and detection apparatus
A base and a detection device for installing a detection apparatus are provided. The base includes a base member, a first fixing member, provided on the base member for fixing the detection apparatus, and an extension member, configured to transmit an electric signal to the detection apparatus, in which the extension member extends outward to a predetermined position of the base member. The detection device includes a detection apparatus and the base.
Electrical connector assembly
An electrical connector assembly includes a receptacle housing having a retaining device with a coupling hook portion and a plug housing configured to be mated and locked with the receptacle housing. The plug housing has a lever movable from a first position in which the plug housing and the receptacle housing are unlocked to a second position in which the plug housing is locked with the receptacle housing. The lever is rotatably mounted about a shaft arranged in and passing through the plug housing. The coupling hook portion is configured to engage with the shaft and, in the second position, the shaft is in abutment with the coupling hook portion to positively lock the plug housing and the receptacle housing together.
Adapter and external support structure for biosignal measurement system, biosignal measurement system and connection method
A biosignal measurement system comprises an adapter for a biosignal measurement device, and an external support structure separate from the adapter. The adapter comprises tool-less connectors, which are repeatedly connectable to and disconnectable from their counter connectors of the external support structure, and a device connector, which has an electrical connection with the tool-less connectors and which has a connection with the biosignal measurement device that the adapter carries. The external support structure comprises an electrode support structure with electrodes and tool-less counter connectors, the electrodes and the tool-less counter connectors having an electrical connection therebetween. The electrodes form an electrical contact with skin for receiving the biosignal. The counter connectors are in electrical contact with the connectors of the adapter for transferring the biosignal to the biosignal measurement device through the adapter.
Connector and Connector Assembly
A connector includes a housing and an elastic latch. The elastic latch includes an elastic cantilever having a free end, a fixed end connected to the housing, and a main part extending between the free end and the fixed end. The fixed end has an inclined surface extending inclined with respect to a surface of the housing. An angle between the inclined surface and the surface of the housing is greater than 90 degrees.
LOW INSERTION FORCE CONTACT TERMINAL
A low insertion force contact terminal which has a conductor mating portion, a securing portion and a substrate mating portion. The conductor mating portion is configured to terminate a conductor therein. The securing portion is configured to secure the terminal in a terminal receiving cavity of a housing. The substrate mating portion extends from the securing portion. The substrate mating portion has at least two sections which have curved portions thereon. The at least two sections move independently, which allows the curved portions to exert a normal force on walls of through holes of a substrate to which the contact terminal is mated which is sufficient to provide a stable electrical connection while allowing for a low insertion force.
ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR WITH CONNECTOR POSITION ASSURANCE AND MECHANICAL ASSIST
A connector pair includes a header with a protrusion and an electrical connector assembly movable relative to the header between a mated position and an unmated position. The electrical connector assembly includes a connector housing and a connector position assurance retained on the connector housing for relative linear movement between a lock position and an open position. The connector position assurance includes a first lock surface that engages a second lock surface on the protrusion to retain the electrical connector assembly in the mated position. The connector position assurance includes a first assist surface that engages a second assist surface on the protrusion to move the electrical connector assembly from the mated position toward the unmated position.
