The resin cover includes a rotary shaft extending along the longitudinal side face and provided on a side where the longitudinal side face is provided and on a base end portion of the rescue terminal portion opposite to the upper face, the resin cover being configured to rotate with respect to the frame body about the rotary shaft.

COMPRESSION MECHANISMS FOR CABLE SEALING ON CLOSURES

A lever mechanism for sealing a telecommunications closure includes a plurality of hinge elements; a leveraging element extending upwardly from each hinge element; an arm section extending from the leveraging element; a biasing element downwardly extending from the arm section; and a handle coupled to the biasing element such that upon application of a compressive force to at least a portion of the handle, each hinge element, each leveraging element, each arm section, and each biasing element moves, allowing the lever mechanism to change from a non-actuated position to an actuated position. The lever mechanism is further configured to couple with a spring-activated element and environmentally seal the telecommunications closure.

Connector assembly

A connector assembly includes a wire end connector for electrically connecting to a board end connector. The wire end connector includes a main body portion and an insertion portion. The insertion portion is connected to the main body portion, and the insertion portion is configured to couple to the board end connector. The main body portion is provided with a plurality of elastic claws extending outward from the main body portion to press on the board end connector when the insertion portion is coupled to the board end connector so as to stably connect the wire end connector to the board end connector.

HIGH SPEED, RUGGEDIZED CONNECTOR
20230062139 · 2023-03-02 · ·

A modular connector system with components that can be economically assembled to provide high signal integrity in a harsh environment, such as an automobile. In some connectors, electrical conductors serving as signal conductors may be at least partially encircled by a conductive sheet formed into a tube. The tube may be formed by joining opposite edges of the sheet with tab portions extending from the edges. The tab portions may be bent to extend radially outwards from the cavity and crimped together, providing mechanical integrity to the shield, as well as a tab that polarizes the shield to block incorrect insertion into an insulative housing and can engage with components in the insulative housing to latch the shield in the housing. Other disclosed techniques economically and stably position electrical conductors, which may serve as signal terminals relative to ground structures, electrically and mechanically connect shields, or compensate for impedance variations.

Plug electrical connector and receptacle electrical connector

A plug electrical connector including a body and a plurality of cable terminals is provided. The body includes a top surface, two side surfaces opposite to each other, at least one locking slot, and a pair of locking protrusions. The top surface is bordered between the two side surfaces, the locking slot is located on the top surface, and the locking protrusions are located on the side surfaces. The cable terminals penetrate through the body and are arranged between the side surfaces in an axial direction. The plug electrical connector is adapted to be butted to a receptacle electrical connector and is engaged with the receptacle electrical connector with the locking slot and the locking protrusions. A receptacle electrical connector is also provided.

Electrical connector having an outer shell and an insulative housing side wall to define an engaging groove and a pair of side grooves

An electrical connector includes: an insulative housing having a mating slot; a contact module received in the insulative housing; and a metallic outer shell enclosing the insulative housing and having a latching portion spaced apart from a side wall of the insulative housing, wherein the metallic outer shell includes a pair of bulging portions flanking the latching portion to define, together with the side wall of the insulative housing, an engaging groove, and the metallic outer shell includes a pair of end walls and a pair of side portions between the end walls and the bulging portions, respectively, to define, together with the side wall of the insulative housing, a pair of side grooves.

Joint connection assembly

A connection assembly includes a first housing part, a second housing part pluggable with the first housing part, and a joint connector held between the first housing part and the second housing part. The first housing part has a plurality of contact element receptacles and a plurality of latching elements. The latching elements latch a plurality of contact elements in the contact element receptacles. The second housing part has a locking section locking one of the latching elements in a latching position. The joint connector connects at least two of the contact elements.

Connector assembly

A connector assembly comprises a first connector and a second connector. The first connector comprises a first housing provided with a stopper. The second connector comprises a second housing, a mating detecting member and a shift mechanism. The second housing is mateable with the first housing along a front-rear direction. The mating detecting member has an abutment portion. The abutment portion is movable in a direction intersecting with the front-rear direction by an operation of the shift mechanism. When the second housing is mated with the first housing under a state where the mating detecting member is positioned at a regulating position, the abutment portion abuts against the stopper, and the mating detecting member is moved from the regulating position toward an allowable position. The mating detecting member is positioned at the allowable position when a mating of the second housing with the first housing is completed.
