CONNECTOR WITH ERRONEOUS ARRANGEMENT IDENTIFYING PORTION.
A retainer (60) includes locking protrusions (66) projecting toward side surfaces of a housing (10). A resilient wall (18) defining a mounting hole (17) and including a part capable of interfering with the locking protrusion (66) is disposed on the side surface of the housing (10). The resilient wall (18) includes a lock receiving portion for lockably receiving the locking protrusion (66) by resilient return. An erroneous arrangement identifying portion (27) is disposed on an inner surface of the mounting hole (17) of the housing (10) for restricting an erroneous arrangement of the retainer (60) into the mounting hole (17). The erroneous arrangement identifying portion (27) is a rib-like part provided on the resilient wall (18).
Connector assembly for conductor rod having multiple degrees of freedom
A work machine, such as a hauler at a mining site, includes a conductor rod housing concentric metal tubes for receiving electrical power from a contactor sliding on a power rail. A connection assembly includes lugs branching orthogonally from respective ones of the concentric metal tubes to an exterior of the conductor rod. The lugs include ball-and-socket joints configured to enable semi-spherical movement of the lugs at the exterior with respect to the joints. When attached to the contactor via conductive arms, the connection assembly provides multiple degrees of freedom for the conductor rod relative to the contactor and avoids detachment of the contactor from the power rail.
Method, system and devices for interconnecting a plurality of devices
An electrical connector is disclosed that includes an insulative housing having a mating face at one end, a rear face at another end, a mating slot at the mating face for receiving a complementary connector, a first set of contacts mounted in a first set of channels incorporated at a top of the insulative housing and a second set of contacts mounted in a second set of channels incorporated at a bottom of the insulative housing, and a shielding device located between the first set of contacts and the second set of contacts.
Electrical connector with sealing structure
An electrical connector system includes a plug connector and a receptacle connector each of which having a plurality of terminal receiving cavities for receiving a plurality of terminal lead wires. The plug connector having a perimeter seal for creating a waterproof barrier between the plug connector and the receptacle connector. The receptacle connector including at least one bridging portion having a surface for guiding and aligning the seal when the plug and receptacle connectors are mated together.
Electric vehicle service disconnect position indicator
An example assembly includes, among other things, a position indicator configured to be engaged with a service disconnect when the service disconnect is in a seated position, and to be disengaged from the service disconnect when the service disconnect is in an unseated position.
CONNECTOR DEVICE
The connector device is configured so that a first connector part and a second connector part are detachable. The connector device has a first lock part constituting a lock part that engages in the attachment/detachment direction between the first connector part and the second connector part.
Electric Connector with an Anti-Vibration Mechanism
An electric connector connectable to a mating electric connector includes and inner part, an outer part and a self-locking mechanism. The inner part is adapted to be connected to an electrical conductor. The outer part is adapted to connect to the mating electric connector. The inner and outer parts are connected coaxially and rotatably to one another. The self-locking mechanism selectively blocks rotation of one of the inner or outer parts with respect to the other one of the inner or outer parts in a first circumferential direction, and permits rotation of one of the inner or outer parts with respect to the other one of the inner or outer parts in a second circumferential direction opposite the first circumferential direction.
PLUG CONNECTOR HAVING A PLUGGING POSITIONING MEANS
A plug connector has a cylindrical housing body having at least one step, which forms two different regions each having different housing diameters, wherein the region having the smaller diameter is designed as a plug-in region and the region having the larger diameter is designed as a socket region, wherein the plug connector has a lock, which is captively connected to the housing body, wherein the plug connector has an actuator, which is operatively connected to the lock, wherein the plug connector has a plugging positioner, which at least partially surrounds the plug-in region. An attachment flange fits the plug connector and has an insertion region designed as a hollow cylinder, wherein the inner region of the hollow cylinder has at least one step, which forms two different regions each having different inside diameters, wherein the inner region of the insertion region is unthreaded.
CONNECTOR POSITION ASSURANCE DEVICE AND CONNECTOR ASSEMBLY INCLUDING SAME
A connector position assurance (CPA) device includes a body and a primary lock which extends from the body in a first direction and has a primary locking mechanism at a distal end away from the body. The CPA device further includes two beam portions which are disposed on both sides of the body and extend in the first direction. At least a part of each of the two beam portions is connected to the body. The beam portion includes a secondary locking mechanism that protrudes outwards from an outer side of the beam portion.
CHARGING CONNECTOR
A charging connector comprises a lock lever having a latch, a cooperation portion, a switch mechanism and a temporary maintenance mechanism. The latch is movable between an engageable position and a released potion via a predetermined position. The switch mechanism is located at an initial position when the latch is located at the engageable position. The switch mechanism includes a pressed portion. The temporary maintenance mechanism temporarily maintains the switch mechanism at the initial position when the latch is located between the engageable position and the predetermined position. When the latch is located between the predetermined position and the released position, the cooperation portion presses the pressed portion of the switch mechanism to move the switch mechanism from the initial position against the temporary maintenance mechanism and thereby changes a state of the switch body from the initial state to a released state.
