A cable connector including a housing with a main body having a front face opposite a rear face and pin holes formed through the main body extending between the front face and the rear face, a first arm and second arm extending from the main body distal from the rear face; a cover removably coupled to the front face, the cover including receivers configured to align with the pin holes to receive either a pin or a socket connected at a terminal end of a wire; fasteners removably coupled to the cover and the housing; at least one guide post extending from an outer surface of the cover; a collar supported between the first arm and the second arm; and a predetermined pattern of the wire coupled to at least one of the pin and the socket, wherein either the pin or the socket are insertable in the pin hole.

Modular electronic device system

A modular electronic device system includes an electronic device and a cover for the device that allows the device to be mechanically and electrically mounted to a stand or device adapter on the rear side of the cover. The cover or device adapter can be connectable to modularly attachable and removable accessory devices and can provide electrical ports for powering and operating the accessory devices. While mounted to a stand, power and data communications can be provided to the electronic device, cover, and accessory devices from the stand or an external source. The modular components of the system can be interchangeable to allow the system to be adapted to many different settings and use cases based on the types of components included as the accessory devices and based on the number of accessory devices used.

INTERCHANGEABLE END EFFECTOR AND STERILE BARRIER

Systems and methods for changing an end effector are provided. A robot flange may have a first receiver and a first electrical connection. An end effector may have a second receiver, a second electrical connection, and a locking assembly. The locking assembly may be configured to releasably secure the end effector to the robot flange. A connector may have an interface and an electrical connector for transferring at least one of power and data from the first electrical connection to the second electrical connection. The interface may be received by the first receiver and the second receiver when the connector is positioned between the robot flange and the end effector and the locking assembly secures the end effector to the robot flange.

INTERCHANGEABLE END EFFECTOR AND STERILE BARRIER

Systems and methods for changing an end effector are provided. A connecting plate may have a first side, a second side opposite the first side, and a kinematic interface. The kinematic interface may include at least one projection extending from both the first side and the second side. A robot flange may have a first kinematic receiver including at least one recess for receiving a corresponding projection of the at least one projection of the first side. An end effector may have a second kinematic receiver and a locking assembly. The second kinematic receiver may include at least one recess for receiving a corresponding projection of the at least one projection of the second side. The locking assembly may be configured to releasably secure the end effector to the robot flange.

Connection assembly for audio equipment

A connection assembly for connection to an audio device includes a connector module including a connector configured for electronic connection to a mating connector of the audio device and a releasable latch configured for retaining the connector module to the audio device, an actuator engageable with the connector module and being moveable to release the latch for removal of the connector module from the audio device, and locking structure configured to selectively resist movement of the actuator to release the latch.

Contact assembly for a connector housing, connector housing as well as connector assembly and modular connector set with such a connector housing

A contact assembly for a connector housing includes an adapter element and a contact element. The adapter element has a sleeve with a lead-through opening extending in an axial direction of the sleeve and with a threaded bore extending perpendicularly to the lead-through opening through the sleeve. The contact element is adapted to be inserted into the lead-through opening and latched to the sleeve. The contact element may exhibit varying types of a cable connection section and/or a contact section. The adapter element is receivable within the connector housing and may accept the contact element regardless of the type of cable connection section and/or contact section.

Electric device including a housing for receiving a battery pack and a latching mechanism

A power tool including a housing that has a battery pack receiving portion configured to receive an interface of a battery pack, device contacts extending from the housing and configured to mechanically and electrically engage with the battery pack, and a latching mechanism supported by the housing and including an actuator and a latch member configured to selectively engage the interface of the battery pack. The actuator is pivotable to operatively pivot the latch member.

Strap connector

A strap connector includes an insulating body, a conductive element, a locking member, a pressing block, and a strap connected with the pressing block. The locking member includes a main body portion and a locking elastic arm. The main body portion includes a top plate. The locking elastic arm extends from the top plate and is used for locking with a mating connector. The pressing block is slidable backwardly under the pulling of the strap, so that the pressing block presses the top plate downwardly, and then the locking elastic arm moves downwardly to realize unlocking. When the unlocking method disclosed in the present disclosure is performed, it is only necessary to ensure that the pressing block slides over the top plate, which improves the reliability of unlocking.

STRAP CONNECTOR AND ASSEMBLY THEREOF WITH ENHANCED MATING RETENTION FORCE

A strap connector includes an insulating body, a number of conductive terminals, a movable component, an elastic member and a pull strap. The insulating body includes a main body portion having a first end wall and a second end wall. The movable component includes a first locking protrusion protruding beyond the first end wall. The pull strap is connected with the movable component. The pull strap is configured to drive the movable component to move in a moving direction. The strap connector includes a second locking protrusion protruding beyond the second end wall. The first locking protrusion and the second locking protrusion are adapted to lock with locking holes of a mating connector, thereby improving the mating retention force when mating with the mating connector. The present disclosure also discloses a strap connector assembly having the strap connector.
