A device for holding a container having a bead around an opening is provided. The device includes a handle and at least two curved elements extending from the handle, with each curved element including an upper section sized to be positionable adjacent to the container bead. A clamping apparatus is located on a portion of the handle, with the clamping apparatus having a moveable clamping element structured to contact the container bead.

A beverage holding container to hold a can therein, the beverage holding container including a can-holding member to store the can therein, a fixed member having at least a portion thereof inserted within the can-holding member, a pivoting member pivotally connected to the fixed member to pivot from a first position to a second position, and a covering member connected to the pivoting member to keep the can enclosed when the pivoting member is in the first position.

A beverage holder container cap that protects the top of a beverage protected by a beverage container holder. The beverage holder container cap includes a planar hinged cap adapted to cover a top portion of a beverage container holder, a first planar vertical stem extending downward at a 90-degree angle from the planar hinged cap and a hinge attached to an end off the first planar vertical stem to allow the planar hinged cap to be adapted to cover a top portion of a beverage container holder. The beverage holder container cap also includes a second vertical stem extending downward and adapted to align vertically with the first planar vertical stem and a planar attachment lip extending horizontally from a top end of the second vertical stem.

A beverage holder container cap that protects the top of a beverage protected by a beverage container holder. Various embodiments concern a handheld beverage container. The beverage container includes a vacuum chamber located radially between an inner tubular sidewall and an outer tubular sidewall and axially between an inner bottom wall and an outer bottom wall. The combined heat capacity of both of the inner tubular sidewall and the inner bottom wall can be greater than the combined heat capacity of both of the outer tubular sidewall and the outer bottom wall such that a vacuum insulated thermal reserve is formed. Heat can be exchanged between the thermal reserve and the beverage to stabilize the temperature of the beverage to counteract ambient cooling/heating of the beverage. Various embodiments concern a cap that seals with a disposable cup that is held within a container body, allowing a beverage to be contained in the disposable cup while being insulated by the container body, with or without a thermal reserve.

A self-contained unit that stores, or contains, one or more ingredients required for a mixed drink. The self-contained unit allows for storing fluids and has multiple parts for storing individual components or ingredients associated with a mixed drink, which, when mixed together, provide a predetermined, blended liquid beverage. The self-contained unit comprises at least three components which can be packaged as a single, individual unit. The self-contained unit includes an upper portion, an intermediate portion, and a lower portion. The self-contained unit is configured to 1) contain all necessary ingredients to provide a mixed drink, 2) provide an easy to handle, all-in-one transportation mechanism, and 3) provide a device to allow a user to store and drink the mixed drink therefrom.

A non-spill drinking container lid device comprising a collar, a sealing element, and a twist fastener that may be assembled and then attached as a lid device to a drinking container. When a person wants to drink from the container, suction by the mouth and compression by a person's lip causes the sealing element to separate from the collar and allow liquid to flow. The twist fastener provides for adding contents to the container without removing the sealing element or collar.

The current disclosure is directed to housings for beverage containers. The housings may be used to protect, insulate, and/or display beverage containers. The housings can include an outer shell and an inner shell that are releasably attached together with a coupling. The outer shell may be transparent. The inner shell may be opaque. A beverage container may be housed between the inner shell and the outer shell.

A portable beverage cooler assembly includes a cooler that insertably receives a beverage container. The cooler includes a freezable gel. The cooler is frozen thereby facilitating the freezable gel to be frozen. The freezable gel maintains the beverage container at a cooled temperature. A lid is removably coupled to the cooler and the lid has an opening extending therethrough. The opening is aligned with an opening in the beverage container. Thus, a beverage in the beverage container may be consumed.

A portable beverage cooler assembly includes a cooler that insertably receives a beverage container. The cooler includes a freezable gel.
