System and method for synchronizing on-air commercial programming with interactive applications
There is provided a system and method for the synchronizing on-air commercial programming with interactive applications, providing interactive content synchronized with on-air television programming. There is provided a system comprising a client device with a display device and an input device and running a synchronization application. The client device receives digital data transmitted from a server, and transmits user feedback information generated from user interactions with the digital data back to the server. The digital data are interactive advertisements, such as online social games, that increase users' awareness of the advertised products or messages. The digital data are delivered to the user's client device in synchronization with the broadcasting of on-air television commercials.
System and method for leveraging machine learning to deliver time-sensitive content over optimal devices and channels
Systems and methods are described for leveraging machine learning to deliver time-sensitive media content offers to a consumer over an optimal device and channel. In an implementation, a server system transmits media content offers over an optimal device and channel to a user. The server system captures metadata of at least one of: the user's use of multiple devices, the user's media content preferences, the user's preferred transmission channels for receiving media content offers over the multiple devices, and the user's preferred times for receiving media content offers. The server system prepares a media content offer for transmission to the user. Based on the captured metadata, the server system selects a user device of the multiple user devices and a transmission channel of multiple transmission channels to transmit the media content offer; and transmits the media content offer to the selected user device over the selected transmission channel.
Video modification and transmission using tokens
Methods and apparatus are disclosed for video transmission using tokens. According to one example, computer-readable storage media store instructions that cause a processor to: distribute, toward terminal devices of a plurality of viewers via a communication line, motion data or a first video including an animation of an avatar of a distributor generated on the basis of the motion data; distribute, toward the terminal devices of the plurality of viewer via the communication line, a second video related to a computer-implemented game generated on the basis of operation data by using a received web page; receive, via the communication line, token data indicating that any type of token among a plurality types of tokens is given to the distributor, the token data being generated by the terminal device of each viewer viewing the second video; calculate a score based on the total number of at least one type of tokens given to the distributor using the token data; and control a game object used in the game on the basis of the score.
Apparatus and method for generating a video record using audio
An apparatus and method for generating a video record using audio is presented. The apparatus comprises at least a processor and a memory communicatively connected to the at least a processor. The memory contains instructions configuring the at least a processor to receive a user input from a user, select a set of record generation questions for the user as a function of the user input, transmit an audio question to the user as a function of the selected set of record generation questions, record a user response as a function of the audio question, and generate a video record as a function of the recorded user responses.
Virtual platform for recording and displaying responses and reactions to audiovisual contents
A method and a system for receiving a user's selection of a content, retrieving data about the content, tracking content consumption, launching a reactive module based on input from the user, registering a timestamped response of the user, the response comprising a graphic symbol is provided. The method may be further comprise receiving content-retrieving information from a second user, searching contents to identify a candidate for the second user's consumption, receiving a selection of a content from the candidate, tracking a position of the content that is selected and being consumed by the second user, launching the reactive module on a second client device based on input from the second user. The virtual platform provides an electronic venue of dynamic communications for content consumers, where users experience pseudo-realtime interactions by seeing the virtual platform's reconstruction of other users' responses that shows reacting users' emotional status.
Dynamic topology generation for branching narratives
A playback application is configured to dynamically generate topology for an interactive media title. The playback application obtains an initial topology and also collects various data associated with a user interacting with the feature. The playback application then modifies the initial topology, based on the collected data, to generate a dynamic topology tailored to the user. The dynamic topology describes the set of choices available to the user during playback as well as which options can be selected by the user when making a given choice. In addition, the playback application also selectively buffers different portions of the interactive media title, based on the collected data, in anticipation of the user selecting particular options for available choices.
QUALIFICATION TEST IN SUBJECT SCORING
Aspects of the disclosure provide methods and apparatuses for subjective evaluation. In some examples, processing circuitry receives scores graded by a subject to a media presentation. The scores by the subject includes a plurality of self comparison scores that are graded to self comparison tests in the media presentation. The processing circuitry applies a first rule and a second rule to the plurality of self comparison scores. The first rule requires a first subset of the plurality of self comparison scores in a first range. The second rule requires a second subset of the plurality of self comparison scores in a second range to limit at least an outlier to the first rule according to the second range. The processing circuitry determines that the scores by the subject are qualified for the subjective evaluation in response to the first rule and the second rule being satisfied.
Methods and systems for transition-coded media, measuring engagement of transition-coded media, and distribution of components of transition-coded media
Disclosed are methods, systems, and non-transitory computer-readable medium for transition-coded media, measuring engagement of transition-coded media, and distribution of components of transition-coded media. For instance, the method may include: obtaining a media file; determining whether the media file includes transition-coded media; in response to determining the media file includes the transition-coded media, setting up a dynamic media environment; detecting whether a user is interacting with the transition-coded media; and in response to detecting the user is interacting with the transition-coded media, executing the transition-coded media with the dynamic media environment.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR GAME LIVE STREAM INTERACTION, ELECTRONIC DEVICE AND STORAGE MEDIUM
A method and apparatus for game live stream interaction, an electronic device and a storage medium are disclosed. The method includes: displaying a live video resource and an interactive control corresponding to the live video resource, where the interactive control is configured to enable an audience end to select a virtual prop in a game live stream, and a selection range of virtual props at the audience end is identical to a selection range of virtual props at a corresponding live streamer end; determining prop selection information of the audience end in response to a triggering operation of the audience end on the interactive control; sending an interaction request to a live stream server, where the interaction request comprises the prop selection information of the audience end; and displaying interaction response information sent by the live stream server.
Dynamic library display for interactive videos
A video library interface provides a listing of interactive videos and information associated with the videos and is dynamically updated as a user views the videos and makes decisions that affect the playback of the episodes. More specifically, an interactive video that includes different traversable video paths is provided to and interacted with by a user. Based on user interactions received during presentation of the video, different video paths within the interactive video are traversed. In addition, a video library display including a visual depiction of information associated with a plurality of videos is provided. The video library display is dynamically modified based on one or more interactions made by the user with respect to the interactive video.
