A storage hutch assembly 10 including a plurality of dissimilar assemblies, such as a power tool holder assembly 120, which may be selectively and operatively deployed within the hutch assembly 10 upon a contained shelf 30 and/or upon a storage cart, such a cart 50, and/or upon a surface such as surface 25 contained within the storage hutch assembly 10.

This hockey stick toolbox comprises a casing, an assortment of tape; a pair of scissors; a handsaw and a miter box nested in that casing. The casing has spaced-apart notches for retaining a hockey stick steady in the miter box. The handsaw, the miter box, the assortment of tape and the scissors are particularly advantageous for trimming and customizing a new hockey stick on the-spur-of-the-moment by a parent of a novice player for example.

An equipment locking system. The system includes a base container forming a partial enclosure. The base container including a bottom wall, a set of sidewalls, a rotatable anti-intrusion lid, and a locking mechanism that form a partial enclosure. The partial enclosure is configured to enclose a piece of equipment. The partial enclosure is configured to prevent access to the piece of equipment when the rotatable anti-intrusion lid is closed. Portions of the piece of equipment may protrude from gaps in individual sidewalls of the set of sidewalls. The rotatable anti-intrusion lid can be coupled to a sidewall of the set of sidewalls and rotated about the sidewall. Portions of the rotatable anti-intrusion lid can be inserted in the locking mechanism. The locking mechanism may restrict rotation of the rotatable anti-intrusion lid when the rotatable anti-intrusion lid is in the closed position, and the locking mechanism is in a locked position.

A holding apparatus for being detachably attached to a machine tool housing of a machine tool and for receiving a hook for hanging the machine tool from the hook is provided. The the holding apparatus has a fastening portion for fastening the holding apparatus to the machine tool housing, a securing device for securing the holding apparatus on the machine tool housing, and a receiving portion which has an opening and is intended for receiving and rotatably supporting an insertion portion of the hook, the receiving portion defining an axial direction. The fastening portion has a first interlocking connector to engage with a first mating interlocking connector provided on the machine tool housing, the interlocking connection between the first interlocking connector and the first mating interlocking connector allowing movement of the holding apparatus in a sliding direction and preventing movement perpendicular to the sliding direction, and in that the securing device can be moved between an open position and a locked position, the securing device being designed to prevent the holding apparatus from moving in the sliding direction in the locked position and to allow movement in the open position.

Tool kits are provided with multiple detachable tool components. The tool kits are formed into a planar card shape with an irregular outer boundary that includes at least part of a profile of one or more of the detachable tool component(s).

A magnetic mount for a power tool to secure the power tool to a ferrous surface includes a substantially u-shaped bracket including a spaced apart pair of mounting arms each having a base end and an opposite distal end, a rigid cross-member joining the pair of mounting arms at the base ends, a mounting head on each distal end of the pair of mounting arms, at least one magnet mounted on the cross-member, wherein the pair of mounting arms are disposed in a first direction from the cross member and the magnet is disposed in a second direction substantially opposite to the first direction, from the cross member, and wherein the mounting heads are adapted for mounting to at least one side of the power tool.

Tools for operating on an object, such as a wire or cable are provided. The tool includes a frame, and a working head assembly. The working head assembly has a movable section and fixed section secured to the frame. The movable section has a first end movably secured to a first end of the fixed section. The movable section has a second end that is releasably secured to a second end of the fixed section using a latch pin. The working head assembly also includes a latch pin stop that is positioned in the second end of the movable section. The latch pin stop is configured to prevent the latch pin from releasably securing the movable section to the fixed section until the movable section is properly aligned with the fixed section.

A storage structure for fluid pumping device adapted for disposing on a fluid pumping device comprises: a ring body, sleeved onto the fluid pumping device; a plurality of storage portions, arranged around the ring body, each of the storage portions being adapted for a workpiece to removably connected.

A tool holder comprises an insertion element, a collar and a frame. The insertion element is sized to fit within an opening of a chamber. The insertion element comprises at least one retention element, and each retention element is configured to apply pressure to a wall of the chamber thereby maintaining the disposition of the tool holder relative to the chamber. The collar is attached to the insertion element, and the collar is sized to prevent the tool holder from being completely inserted within the chamber. The frame defines an aperture sized to allow at least a portion of an elongated tool to drop through the aperture, yet further sized to prevent at least a portion of the elongated too to drop through the aperture, thereby suspending the elongated tool.

A socket storage apparatus for organizing a plurality of different-sized sockets by size is provided. The storage apparatus includes a rollable sheet, a plurality of rods having first ends coupled to a portion proximate the bottom edge of the sheet and second ends positioned proximate the top edge of the sheet, each rod designed to receive any number of the plurality of sockets for storage, each rod able to permit any one of the received plurality of sockets to slidably adjust along the rod for an attachment or detachment from the rod. The rollable sheet is able to roll to a storage position to secure the plurality of sockets present on any one of the plurality of rods. The rollable sheet is able to unroll to expose the plurality of sockets present on any one of the plurality of rods.
