BATTERY SEPARATOR AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING SAME
A battery separator includes a polyolefin microporous membrane having a width of 100 mm or more, and a porous layer laminated on at least one surface of the polyolefin microporous membrane. The polyolefin microporous membrane has a variation range of an F25 value in a width direction of 1 MPa or less, and the F25 value indicates a value obtained by dividing a load value measured at 25% elongation of a specimen with use of a tensile tester by a cross-sectional area of the specimen. The porous layer contains a fluorine-based resin and an inorganic particle.
HEAT-CURABLE BIO-BASED CASTING COMPOSITION, MOLDING PRODUCED THEREFROM AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING SUCH A MOLDING
A molding produced from a heat-curable bio-based casting composition, including: (a) one or more monofunctional and one or more polyfunctional acrylic and/or methacrylic biomonomers of vegetable or animal origin, (b) one or more polymers or copolymers selected from among polyacrylates, polymethacrylates, polyols, polyesters derived from recycled material or of vegetable or animal origin, (c) inorganic filler particles of natural origin, where the proportion of the monofunctional and polyfunctional acrylic and methacrylic biomonomer(s) is 10-40% by weight, the proportion of the polymer(s) or copolymer(s) is 1-16% by weight and the proportion of the inorganic filler particles is 44-89% by weight, wherein the polymerized composition has an impact strength of from 2-5 mJ/mm.sup.2.
METHOD AND DEVICE FOR REPROCESSING OF COMPOSITE PLASTIC PARTS
A process for reprocessing composite plastic parts, for example molded parts produced from curable casting compounds, such as sanitary basins, comprising at least one filler and at least one polymer, in particular polymethyl methacrylate is provided.
