PROBE PIN CLEANING PAD AND CLEANING METHOD FOR PROBE PIN
A probe pin cleaning pad including a foam layer, a cleaning layer, and a polishing layer is provided. The cleaning layer is disposed between the foam layer and the polishing layer. A cleaning method for a probe pin is also provided.
Quantum-dot containing resin sheet or film, method for producing the same, and wavelength conversion member
To provide a quantum dot-containing resin sheet or film, a method for producing the same, and a wavelength conversion member that can, in particular, solve the problem of aggregation of the quantum dots and the problem with the use of a scattering agent, suppress a decrease in light conversion efficiency, and improve the light conversion efficiency of a resin molded product containing quantum dots. The quantum dot-containing resin sheet or film of the present invention includes a stack of a plurality of resin layers, at least one of the resin layers containing quantum dots, and the plurality of resin layers is integrally molded through co-extrusion.
Polymeric composites, resulting panels, and method for producing the same
A polymeric composite derived from a reclaimed polymeric material. The polymeric composite in particulate form can be thermally compressed into panels and other embodiments that require a component that possesses sufficient mechanical strength and moisture resistance. In certain embodiments, the panel may be utilized as one layer in a multilayered article.
LONG FIBER SHEET MOLDING COMPOUND AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
A long fiber sheet molding compound and a manufacturing method thereof are illustrated. The long fiber sheet molding compound has a first resin layer, a second resin layer and a hybrid layer being disposed between the first resin layer and the second resin layer. The hybrid layer has a fiber mesh structure being formed by a plurality of fiber silks which are discontinuous and twisted to each other to have a non-directional distribution. The manufacturing method of the long fiber sheet molding compound at least has following steps: a material providing step, an adhesion step and a lamination step. Thus, compared to the prior art, the long fiber sheet molding compound of the present disclosure can efficiency reduce a fiber content, a thickness and a weight, and an anti-slicing strength, an anti-bending strength and an anti-bending modulus can be uniform in any direction.
Method to produce a thermoplastic wear resistant foil
A method to produce a wear resistant foil, including providing a first foil including a first thermoplastic material, applying wear resistant particles and a second thermoplastic material form on the first foil, and adhering the first foil to the second thermoplastic binder and the wear resistant particles to form a wear resistant foil.
FLEXIBLE LAYERED SHEET
A flexible layered fabric sheet comprising a porous front layer and a pre-seeded substrate layer, where the seeds are in-between the two layers (rather than at the back of the substrate layer), for supporting root growth, the two layers together having an upper and lower edge and being attached together with one or more non-continuous seams between the upper and lower edges, which seams have a component of direction parallel to the upper and/or lower edge, and wherein the non-continuous seams enable water to exit the layered fabric sheet at its lower edge, and the non-continuous seams further serve to slow water flow through the water sheet. The seams also serve to keep the two layers from separating which would hamper the penetration of the sapling through the front porous layer, and thus stunt growth.
INFORMATION CARRYING CARD COMPRISING A CROSS-LINKED POLYMER COMPOSITION, AND METHOD OF MAKING THE SAME
The disclosure provides a cross-linkable polymer composition, a core layer for an information carrying card comprising such cross-linked composition, resulting information carrying card, and methods of making the same. A crosslinkable polymer composition comprises a curable base polymer resin in a liquid or paste form, and a particulate thermoplastic filler. The base polymer resin is selected from the group consisting of urethane acrylate, silicone acrylate, epoxy acrylate, urethane, acrylate, silicone and epoxy. The particulate thermoplastic filler may be polyolefin, polyvinyl chloride (PVC), a copolymer of vinyl chloride and at least another monomer, or a polyester such as polyethylene terephthalate (PET), a compound or blend thereof.
Fuel pipe and fuel conveyance method using same
The present disclosure provides a fuel pipe having a double tube with an inner tube and an outer tube disposed on the outside of the inner tube.
BOPP multilayer film
A BOPP multilayer film having at least three layers made from or containing a nucleated propylene polymer composition having: A) from 77 wt % to 91 wt %, of a propylene homopolymer having a fraction insoluble in xylene at 25? C. higher than 95%; B) from 9 wt % to 23 wt %, of a copolymer of propylene with from 28.0 wt % to 42.0 wt % of ethylene derived units; and C) a nucleating agent selected from aromatic or aliphatic carboxylic acids, aromatic metal phosphates, sorbitol derivatives and talc, wherein the composition has an intrinsic viscosity (IV) of the fraction soluble in xylene at 25? C. between 1.0 dl/g and 1.9 dl/g, a fraction soluble (Xs) in xylene at 25? C. between 9.0 wt % and 21.0 wt %, a total melt flow rate (MFR) between 1.5 and 5 g/10 min and the value of the relation (I):
22.5+0.2*MFR?1.2*Xs+0.2*IV(I) higher than 5.9.
Sheet
The present invention provides a sheet, wherein the sheet has an excellent low-gloss feeling; even when oblique light is incident on a surface of the sheet, diffuse reflection of the light is suppressed, the surface is less likely to look white when viewed obliquely, and a design represented on the sheet can be visually recognized; and the sheet has excellent designability. In the sheet, a surface of the sheet has an arithmetic average roughness Ra (JIS B0633: 2001) of 0.7 m or less, and the reflectance at a detection angle equal to a regular reflection angle 5, measured by a variable angle photometer when the surface is irradiated with incident light at an incident angle of 75, is 50% or less of the reflectance at the regular reflection angle.
