DEVICE AND SYSTEM FOR COVERING A CUTTING GAP THAT IS ABLE TO BE CREATED BY A POWER TOOL, AND METHOD FOR EXTRACTING DUST FROM A WORKING AREA OF A POWER TOOL
A device for covering a cut gap which can be produced by a machine tool. The device can be connected to a dust suctioning device so that the dust produced while working with the machine tool can be removed from the working area of the machine tool using the dust suctioning tool. A second aspect of the invention relates to a system consisting of at least two proposed devices. Another aspect of the invention relates to a method for suctioning dust from a working region of a machine tool. The device includes sealing caps which can be connected to a dust suctioning device via suction connecting pieces. Furthermore, the sealing caps are used to seal the working area in which the working process of the machine tool is carried out.

A processing device of the invention includes a partition member partitioning a processing space and an external space, a frame body on which the partition member is mounted, a positioning unit for holding a workpiece at a predetermined position in the processing space, a processing unit for applying a predetermined process using a processing tool on the workpiece, an opening/closing member capable of opening/closing a first opening formed in the partition member, and an instrument attachment member to which a control instrument is attached, wherein the partition member has a plurality of uniform mounting sections on which the opening/closing member and the instrument attachment member are mutually selectively mounted.

The machining apparatus includes: a cover including a side plate, a projecting portion disposed below the side plate, a rectangular shaped front opening, and a semicircular shaped planar opening; a first door body including a first drum disposed in a first side of a mating surface, a first abutting surface connected to the first drum, and a first top plate, and accommodated inside the cover by rotated about a first axis; and a second door body including a second drum disposed in the second side of the mating surface, a second abutting surface abut to the first abutting surface on the mating surface, and a second top plate, and accommodated inside the cover by rotated about a second axis.
Protective Shroud and Machine
A protective shroud includes a shroud body, a protective door movably installed on the shroud body, and a buffer mechanism connected between the shroud body and the protective door. The buffer mechanism slows down a moving speed of the protective door. The protective door is moved between an open position and a closed position in a vertical direction to open or close the shroud body.

A machine tool (1) includes: a door (5) that opens and closes an opening in a shield cover (3) surrounding a machining chamber; an electromagnetic lock device (6) that includes dual-system switches that detect an open/closed state of the door (5), and that can lock the door (5) in a closed state; a door position detection unit that detects a position of the door (5); and a report unit that monitors states of the dual-system switches of the electromagnetic lock device (6) and suggests maintenance of the door (5) when the states differ from each other for a predetermined period of time and when the door position detection unit detects that the door (5) is not in a closed position.
Machine Tool Device
A machine tool device includes at least one motorized machining tool, at least one, particularly capacitive, sensor unit, configured to detect at least one foreign body in at least one detection area around the machining tool, and at least one closed-loop and/or open-loop control unit configured to trigger at least one action depending on at least one signal from the sensor unit. The sensor unit includes at least one antenna configured to emit at least one electrical and/or magnetic field, which defines the at least one detection area, and/or to detect the at least one foreign body depending on at least one change in the at least one electrical and/or magnetic field.
PROCESSING MACHINE
A processing machine includes a splash guard, a tool spindle that is provided inside a processing area and holds a tool, and an automatic tool changer that is movable between an internal-side tool changing position inside the processing area and a standby position outside the processing area and changes the tool held by the tool spindle at the internal-side tool changing position. The splash guard includes a cover body that is coupled to the automatic tool changer, defines and forms the processing area when the automatic tool changer is positioned at the standby position, and enters the processing area when the automatic tool changer moves from the standby position to the internal-side tool changing position.
PROCESSING MACHINE
A processing machine includes a splash guard that defines and forms a processing area, a tool spindle that is movable in a Z-axis direction and a Y-axis direction inside the processing area, an additive-manufacturing head connected to the tool spindle, and a line body that extends from the additive-manufacturing head, is drawn from an inside of the processing area to an outside, and supplies material powder and a laser beam to the additive-manufacturing head. A maximum movement amount of the tool spindle in the Y-axis direction is shorter than a maximum movement amount of the tool spindle in the Z-axis direction. A drawing direction of the line body from the inside to the outside of the processing area is a direction intersecting the Z-axis direction in top view.
PROCESSING MACHINE
A processing machine includes: an external cover that forms an appearance of the processing machine and defines and forms an internal space; and a safety belt connection portion that is disposed in the internal space and to which a safety belt is connectable. The external cover includes an openable lid. The safety belt connection portion is exposed to an outside of the internal space through an opening that is generated in the external cover when the lid is in an open state.
