An exercise device comprising a base having a channel formed therein, and a wheel rotatably connected to the base. The exercise device additionally includes a support link having a first end portion slidably connected to the channel and a second end portion pivotally connected to the wheel. The exercise device further comprises a single platform having an upper surface sized to support both feet of a user. The single platform is connected to the support link such that the single platform moves in concert with the support link. A first rotation member is coupled to the single platform and configured to rotate relative to the single platform about a first rotation axis generally perpendicular to the upper surface.

An eccentric column structure of a waist twisting exercise machine is provided which includes a base, a cushion, and an eccentric column assembled between the base and the cushion. The cushion is supported above the base through the eccentric column, so that the seat height of the cushion is slightly higher than the height of knees of an average adult, thereby enabling riding in a relatively comfortable and ergonomic posture, and enabling exercising movements of rotating and waist twisting by using two feet landing on the ground as points of force application. In addition, the eccentric column is integrally formed by a bending processing of a metal pipe column, which not only avoids the formation of seams during assembly or structural weaknesses derived from welding, but also greatly enhances the overall strength of the structure, thereby being conducive to prolonging the service life and safety of the exercise machine.

A pivot board exercise device has a top circular part may rotate in relation to a bottom circular part, and a unique unibody or complex multi-arm resistance mechanism is secured at its center to a rotational center platform of the top circular part, and is secured at the end of each arm to posts projecting from the bottom circular part. The unibody multi-arm resistance mechanism is a single piece of resilient/flexible material, the complex multi-arm resistance mechanism has multiple arms attached at the ends to the bottom part, so when the top of the invention is rotated relative to the bottom, resistance is offered, the resistance increasing with rotation and occurring regardless of the direction of rotation.

Disclosed herein are devices, systems and methods for redistributing the normal weight distribution of a user in a standing position. One example is a postural platform for either the left or right foot having a bottom surface defining a reference plane, a top surface configured as a foot contact surface and a perimeter side wall between the bottom and top surfaces. The top surface of the postural platform is rotated about a first rotational axis parallel to the reference plane and rotated about a second rotational axis orthogonal to the reference plane. In another example, a system includes first and second postural platforms that are independent of one another. In other example, the device is a sandal, shoe, sneaker or any foot covering with a tops surface being at a complex angle to a bottom surface. The top surface is tiled downwardly either to the left or right and turned either counter-clockwise or clockwise based on whether it is a respective left or right postural platform.

An active sitting chair is provided that encourages a sitter/user to sit actively by requiring balance adjustments and core engagement. The active sitting chair can be efficiently produced while being relatively sturdy and lightweight. The main body may be a monocoque shell that includes a rounded lower portion that contacts the surface the chair is on and promotes wobble of the chair when a sitter is seated on the chair. The chair may also include built-in handles for ease of lifting and a seat portion at the top of the chair that may include a cushion or similar component for increasing the stability and/or comfort of a sitter.

An active sitting chair is provided that encourages a sitter/user to sit actively by requiring balance adjustments and core engagement. The active sitting chair can be efficiently produced while being relatively sturdy and lightweight. The main body may be a monocoque shell that includes a rounded lower portion that contacts the surface the chair is on and promotes wobble of the chair when a sitter is seated on the chair. A rehabilitation equipment includes a left foot pedal, a right foot pedal, a left-pedal driving module to drive movement of the left foot pedal, and a right-pedal driving module to drive movement of the right foot pedal. The rehabilitation equipment measures torques output by the left-pedal driving module and the right-pedal driving module when a user is at a relaxing state and also when the user is at an exercising state to obtain information relating to forces voluntarily output by the left foot and the right foot of the user, and determines a force output condition of the left foot and the right foot of the user.

A rehabilitation equipment includes a left foot pedal, a right foot pedal, a left-pedal driving module to drive movement of the left foot pedal, and a right-pedal driving module to drive movement of the right foot pedal.
