SHIPPING ASSEMBLY FOR HAMMERMILL HAMMERS
A shipping assembly to transport various components of a hammer mill including a hammer, a spacer, and/or a lock collar. The shipping assembly may hold a hammer in a pair of jaws that aligns an opening in the hammer with a spacer held in a collar or a lock collar held in a pair of exterior prongs so that a rod can be inserted through the components. A handle may be received through a stop arm to further secure the hammer mill components and simplify install into the hammer mill.
PHOTOVOLTAIC MODULE PACKING BOX AND PHOTOVOLTAIC MODULE PACKAGE STRUCTURE
A photovoltaic module packing box and a photovoltaic module package structure are provided. The photovoltaic module packing box includes a tray having an accommodation space; a support plate having an edge hinged to an edge of the tray, and the support plate is lapped on the tray; an airbag assembly arranged in the accommodation space; an air valve assembly connected to the airbag assembly by a pipeline; an enclosure frame connected to the support plate and configured to enclose, together with the support plate, a receiving space for photovoltaic modules, and the enclosure frame includes a fixation part and a movable part; the fixation part is fixed to the support plate with one side thereof configured as an open structure; the movable part is detachably connected to the open structure of the fixation part, and the movable part and the fixation part together form an annular structure.
Loading box
The present invention provides a loading box, which includes a box body, a first groove set, and a first positioning member. The box body includes a base and a side wall protruding from the base along a plurality of sides of the base. The first groove set has a plurality of first grooves, and is disposed on the base along a first side. The first positioning member is arranged corresponding to the first groove set, and includes: a first baffle, detachably inserted into one of the first grooves in the first groove set; and a first supporting arm and a second supporting arm, respectively connected to the first baffle and protruding from the first baffle toward the side wall. One ends of the first supporting arm and the second supporting arm of the first positioning member away from the first baffle are detachably connected to the box body.
Insulation box liner and system with methods of production and use
Provided is an insulation liner for use inside a shipping carton that affords thermal insulation and shock absorption for an object to be shipped, a liner and carton system, a method of production of the insulation liner, and methods of use. The insulation liner includes a larger component folded into three panels, a smaller component folded into three panels, and standoffs disposed on the surfaces of both the larger component and the smaller component. The standoffs may be oriented inwardly or outwardly. When oriented outwardly they create an interstitial air space that reduces conduction allowing the insulation effect of the liner and carton system to equal or exceed that of a molded polystyrene container of an equal size.
TRAY
A tray includes a bottom portion including a plurality of protrusion patterns and a sidewall portion protruded from the bottom portion. The sidewall portion includes a first side portion provided with a groove defined therein and extending from the bottom portion, an upper surface extending from the first side portion to a direction away from the bottom portion in a plan view, and a second side portion extending from the upper surface and facing the first side portion.
