ADAPTIVE PINSCREEN TRANSOPRT CASE FOR CALSSIFIED ARTICLES
An article transport case comprising an outer shell including opposing sections, first and second pinscreen assemblies, and first and second securement mechanisms. The pinscreen assemblies each include a frame, a securement plate, and a number of pins. The first and second securement mechanisms are configured to be in a secured configuration to retain the first and second sections in a closed configuration and keep the securement plates in a secured position thereby restraining the pins against the article in an article conforming arrangement. The securement plates are in an unsecured position so that the pins are free to translate longitudinally when the securement mechanisms are in an unsecured configuration such that the pins are not restrained in the article conforming arrangement when the shell is open.

CUSHIONED MAILER
A cushioned mailer includes a paper outer layer; a paper inner layer defining an inner cavity of the cushioned mailer, the inner cavity configured to receive contents therein, the inner cavity defining an opening at a top end of the cushioned mailer, the opening allowing access to the inner cavity; and an intermediate cushioning layer disposed between the paper outer layer and the paper inner layer, the intermediate cushioning layer comprising a plurality of cushioning inserts, each of the plurality of cushioning inserts being substantially uniform in size and shape.
CUSHIONING DEVICE AND PACKAGING ASSEMBLY FOR BASE STATION ANTENNA
A cushioning device and a packaging assembly for a base station antenna includes an inner cushioning member and an outer cushioning member. Each cushioning member comprises an inflated airbag. The inner cushioning member is configured to abut an end cover of the housing of the base station antenna and to surround at least one protruding member that is provided on the end cover within a cavity defined by the inner cushioning member. The outer cushioning member is configured to cover both ends of the base station antenna.
EXPANDED SLIT SHEET CUSHIONING PRODUCTS WITH NOVEL SLIT PATTERN AND PAPER PROPERTIES
In the preferred embodiments, the present invention provides substantially improved slit sheet cushioning products by advantageously combining novel paper properties with novel slit patterns for improved features and characteristics. In some illustrative and non-limiting example embodiments, cushioning products of the present invention can include, e.g., a novel slit sheet material in combination with extensible paper employed as, e.g., a cushioning pad or as cushioning within an envelope product, wherein the cushioning product can be substantially more resilient, but, yet, e.g., thinner for better utilization of space.
Wrapped paperboard packaging
A packaging structure and methods of manufacturing a packaging structure. The packaging structure, for example, an edge protector, a corner board, etc., may generally include a first ply having a first width, a second ply having a second width, and a third ply having a third width wider than the first width and the second width. The second ply may be wrapped around at least one end of the first ply, and the third ply may be wrapped around the first ply and the second ply. The third ply may overlap at a portion (e.g., an intermediate portion, an apex, etc.) of the packaging structure.
Recyclable, energy-saving and environmental-friendly packing box applicable to packaging various objects
A packing box is provided. The packing box is formed by several splicing materials of a standard model. The splicing material on the top of the packing box is provided with an air pump with automatic pumping and the pressure monitoring functions. The inner side of each splicing material is provided with an air bag, and the air bags are inflatable and connected to one another via connection tubes. The air bags are able to be spliced or separated with one another, and the shape of each air bag is subject to the outline dimension of a packaged object when the air bags are inflated. The size and shape of the packing box can be determined according to the size and shape of the packaged object, so is applicable to the objects with any sizes and shapes. The packing box does not need additional fillers and is recyclable.
Packaging product and methods of making and using
A bundle of packing material includes at least two strips of packing material folded into a compact configuration. The strips of packing material include a top strip having a length dimension between first and second end portions and a central portion between the first end portion and the second end portion, and a bottom strip having a length dimension between first and second end portions and a central portion between the first end portion and the second end portion. The central portion of the top strip overlays the central portion of the bottom strip and the length dimension of the top strip is oriented orthogonal to the length dimension of the bottom strip. The first and second end portions of top strip are folded over the central portions, and the first and second end portions of the bottom strip are folded over the central portions.
