Foldable cassette bags for transporting biomaterials
An envelope is configured to hold, support, and protect an article such as a blood bag during transportation under cryogenic temperatures. The envelope includes a single piece component (e.g., a monolithic component), including multiple panels that are configured to fold to form an enclosure that surrounds the article such as the blood bag for support and protection of the article such as the blood bag.
Packing Material, Use, and Methods of Manufacture
A packing material, its use, method of manufacture, and method of production creates a curl or spiral having elastic, cushioning, form-fitting, and coherent packing properties. The curl is created from a dimension-controlled strip of cohesive paper having a cohesive side and a non-cohesive side, and formed with a leading end that is folded upon itself such that a cohesive side of the leading end contacts the cohesive side of the dimension controlled strip of cohesive paper, and a trailing end opposite the leading end that is folded upon itself such that a non-cohesive side of the trailing end contacts the non-cohesive side of the dimensioned strip of cohesive paper, wherein the dimensioned strip of cohesive paper is wound into a spiral with the cohesive side of the dimensioned strip of cohesive paper facing outward. A plurality of curls provides a clumped, cohesive mass around a packed item.

Dunnage conversion machine, method, and product with a polygonal cross-section
A machine for converting a sheet material into a relatively less dense dunnage product includes a forming assembly and a feeding assembly downstream of the forming assembly. The forming assembly is configured to cause lateral edges of the sheet material to roll towards one another, forming a tubular shape. A deflector at a downstream end of the forming assembly is configured to engage the lateral edges of the sheet material and to urge the lateral edges into an interior of the tubular shape. This juxtaposes lateral edge portions of the sheet material adjacent the respective lateral edges. A forming channel at a downstream end of the forming assembly faces the deflector to receive the lateral edge portions and shape them into a tab. Finally, the feeding assembly includes rotating connecting members that engage and connect together the overlapping lateral edge portions of the sheet material forming the tab.
Reusable packing box
Provided is a reusable packing box, comprising a protective box body (1) enclosed by a bottom surface and a plurality of slanted side walls, and an elastic inflatable layer (3) adhered to an inner side of the protective box body, wherein the elastic inflatable layer (3) is provided with a vent (4), and the vent (4) is embedded in the protective box body (1). The reusable packing box can reuse a packaging material and a filling material, thereby reducing the phenomenon of waste, and improving the management efficiency.
Packaging apparatus for film inflation and method thereof
A packaging apparatus with an improved pinch roller apparatus, fluid supply apparatus, and/or a sealing apparatus. The pinch roller apparatus (e.g., comprising one or more guide and/or pinch rollers) is used to deliver film material to the fluid supply apparatus (e.g., nozzle and blower apparatus, or the like) that fills one or more chambers of the film material with fluid (e.g., air, gas, or other like fluid), and the film material is then sealed by a sealing apparatus (e.g., using one or more heating elements with an improved temperature sensor configuration) that seals the fluid within the one or more chambers in order to form the inflated article (e.g., inflated packaging material). In particular, the sealing apparatus provides improved sealing through the improved accuracy of the temperature reading in the heating zone, in part, by locating a sensor between a heating element and a protective member that covers the sensor.
Support device
According to one embodiment, provided is a support device including a base member, a pair of tip members, and a pair of lower end members. The base member is configured to be foldable at an intermediate portion in a width direction, the base member having a plate shape. The pair of tip members are present in both end portions of the base member in the width direction and have a configuration where a pair of plate materials are disposed to be tapered. The pair of lower end members have a plate shape, are present in a lower end portion of the base member on both sides of the base member in a thickness direction, and form a substantially right angle with the base member.

INFLATABLE PROTECTIVE PACKAGING FOR THE COLD CHAIN MARKETPLACE
An insulative packaging for cold chain marketplace. The insulative packaging includes a base unit, a wall unit, and a top unit, which together form an enclosure. Each the base unit, the wall unit, and the top unit has an inflatable liner, one or more insulative sheets, and a radiant barrier. The inflatable liner can be folded and the one or more insulative sheets can be sandwiched between the two folds of the inflatable liner. An article to be protective can be placed within the enclosure and insulative packaging can provide 360-degree insulation and protection.
Fan Blade Shipping and Storage Box
A storage container for shipping fan blades includes blade compartments each housing one or more fan blades, where each compartment includes an upper foam retention holder that maintains a fan blade tip end in place and a lower foam retention holder that maintains a blade root in place, both holders configured and positioned to prevent twisting or lateral movement of the blades when in the compartment. The compartments form container rows, such that a housing of the storage container has one or more retainer walls that are movable between an access position allowing user access to insert and remove fan blades from compartments and retaining position blocking user access to insert and remove fan blades from compartments.
