DETACHABLY SECURABLE CONTAINER ASSEMBLY FOR A UNIT LOAD DEVICE
A container assembly configured for loading into/onto a Unit Load Device (ULD) generally includes first and second containers. Rearward sides of the first and second containers include a securing catchment assembly for mating and securing the first and second containers. Frontward sides of the first and second containers each include a plurality of female/male door securing assemblies that complementarily mate with male/female door securing assemblies of a door assembly. When the first and second containers are mated, the container assembly defines an outer perimeter that is smaller than an inner perimeter of the ULD. The outer perimeter of the container assembly has a shape generally conforming with the shape of the inner perimeter of the ULD. One or more shock absorption assemblies/airbag assemblies configured to reduce vibration and movement of the container assembly are disposable between one or more walls of the ULD and the first and second containers/container assembly.
WRAPPING DEVICE HAVING CORNER PROTECTORS FOR SECURING AND SUPPORTING PALLETIZED MATERIALS
Implementations of the present disclosure generally relate to a reusable wrapping device for securing loaded goods on a pallet. Particularly, the wrapping device according to the present disclosure including edge protectors. The wrapping device includes one or more edge protector. Each edge protector includes two edge panels joined by one edge, and a strap slidingly attached to the one or more edge protector. Each edge panel includes strap retainer to receive the strap therethrough.
Tie wrap connector and strap kit
A connector to be used with a strap for wrapping an object. The strap is detached from the connector and has first and second extremities. The connector has a first passage adapted to insert and to lock the first extremity of the strap therein and a second passage having an entrance adapted to insert the second extremity of the strap therein and to prevent the strap from travelling toward the entrance upon insertion. It has a body having a first section with the first passage and a second section with the second passage, wherein the first section has a vertical wall and the second section has a vertical wall distinct from and facing the vertical wall of the first section, and a bridge joining the first and second sections of the body by extending between the vertical wall of the first section and the vertical wall of the second section.
EXPANDED SLIT SHEET CUSHIONING PRODUCTS WITH NOVEL SLIT PATTERN AND PAPER PROPERTIES
In the preferred embodiments, the present invention provides substantially improved slit sheet cushioning products by advantageously combining novel paper properties with novel slit patterns for improved features and characteristics. In some illustrative and non-limiting example embodiments, cushioning products of the present invention can include, e.g., a novel slit sheet material in combination with extensible paper employed as, e.g., a cushioning pad or as cushioning within an envelope product, wherein the cushioning product can be substantially more resilient, but, yet, e.g., thinner for better utilization of space.
PACKAGE STRUCTURE
A package structure comprises a backing plate supporting a target object, at least one pad disposed on the backing plate and fixing the target object, a frame disposed on a lower side of the backing plate, bonded to the backing plate, and supporting the backing plate to fix the pad onto the backing plate, and a side enclosing plate disposed around the backing plate and connected to the pad to fix the pad. The package structure further comprises a magnetic component disposed on the backing plate and attracting a magnetic coating on the target object.
INFLATABLE ON-DEMAND MAILER POUCHES AND ASSOCIATED METHODS
Webs of inflatable mailer pouches and associated methods are disclosed. Pouches include a multilayer inner cushion structure with inflatable compartments and a fill channel disposed at a first longitudinal edge of the structure. An outer layer with a closure flap is secured to the inner structure. The inner cushion structure and outer layer are folded at a bottom edge of the pouch to form first and second panels of the pouches. The fill channel may be disposed at a top of the first panel and the closure flap disposed at a top of either the first or the second panel. The fill channel extends beyond a top of the second panel and the closure flap is extendable beyond the top of the fill channel. When wound, the closure flap is folded so that the fill channel of each pouch layer is exposed at a lateral face of the cylinder.
Method for producing packing sheet with improved insulation and storage properties
Provided is a method for producing a packing sheet with improved insulation and storage properties, the method including: producing a cell packing sheet by attaching together two overlapping films such that multiple cells are formed therebetween, by sealing second ends of the cells, and by disposing a check valve in an injection hole formed in a first end of each of the cells; inflating the cells by injecting a fluid through the respective check valves of the cells; attaching upper and lower films respectively to upper and lower sides of the cell packing sheet; cutting the cell packing sheet along a second edge thereof together with the upper and lower films such that the second ends of the sealed cells are opened; and sealing a second end of the upper film, a second end of the cell packing sheet, and a second end of the lower film.
Packaging box
A packaging box includes a box body; a box cover integrally formed with the box body; and at least one baffle arranged inside a cavity of the box body, the at least one baffle divides the cavity of the box body into at least two cavities; the box body is integrally press-formed from a plate provided with a plurality of bending dents; and each of the at least one baffle is formed by bonding of adjacent side walls of two adjacent quadrilateral positioning frames, and an extension wall for positioning the quadrilateral positioning frames is foldable and disposed at each of a first side wall of the box body and a second side wall of the box body.

Packaging structures and additive manufacturing thereof
A packaging system includes a packaging unit and an article. The packaging unit includes a solid layer, a porous layer and a plastic layer with a cavity. The cavity is configured to receive and secure the article in an opening defined by the cavity that is flexible between a first and a second dimension. The packaging unit is fabricated by a 3D printing process. A tensioning device of a 3D printing machine tensions a feed filament during the 3D printing process.
