Conveyor belt cleaning apparatus
A conveyor belt cleaning apparatus configured to be operably coupled to a conveyor belt and provide cleaning thereof. The present invention includes a housing having an upper portion and a lower portion. The upper portion of the housing includes walls defining the shape thereof and includes an interior volume with an upper and lower opening. A cleaning member support element is moveably disposed within the interior volume of the upper portion. A plurality of cleaning members extend upward from cleaning member support element and are finger like in arrangement. The lower portion of the housing includes a first segment and a second segment being adjacent each other. The first segment and second segment are cone-shaped and are operably coupled to a vacuum source. A movement member is operably coupled to the cleaning member support element and is configured to provide an upwards-downwards movement thereof.

Transport equipment with cleaning capabilities
A transport equipment with cleaning capabilities includes a support rack having rotatably conveying rollers; a conveyor belt arranged around the conveyor rollers and driven thereby for conveying; and a cleaning mechanism integrally arranged on one side of the support rack. During a single operational cycle of circulative conveying, the cleaning mechanism performs repeated and alternate cleaning actions and scraping actions on the conveyor belt simultaneously, and impurities removed from the conveyor belt are collected in the cleaning mechanism. According to the present disclosure, during the conveying, surface cleaning treatment can be performed on the conveyor belt through the cleaning mechanism. The cleaning mechanism avoids interfering with the support rack or other components. The removed impurities are collected in the cleaning mechanism and prevented from falling on the support rack, and hence not creating impurity residual.

Conveyor device, operating method and use
A conveyor device for conveying objects includes a circulating conveyor line, along which a multiplicity of conveyor apparatuses and a maintenance apparatus are movably guided in a row, wherein the conveyor apparatuses are each designed to unload an object resting thereon transversely with respect to the conveyor line, and the maintenance apparatus includes a sensor system for detecting the conveyor line in order to obtain information relating to an upper side and/or an underside of the conveyor line.

BELT CONVEYOR
A vehicle treatment system supports a continuous belt via a support system including an upper frame, grates disposed on the upper frame, and support plates disposed on the grates. The upper section of the belt travels along the support plates, with water and debris from the upper section passing through the gaps between adjacent plates. Collector trays are disposed below the gaps and above the lower section of the belt to collect water and debris that falls through the gaps. A rinsing manifold below one or more of the gaps projects rinsing fluid upwardly onto the underside of the upper section of the belt. Return rollers are disposed below the lower section of the belt, and are attached and removable from the frame structure without the use of tools. The upper frame may be galvanized, and may include separate attached stainless steel leg portions that are weldable.
