System for Cleaning Contaminants from Movable Surfaces
An air-powered conveyor belt cleaner is configured with a spinner manifold with cleaning heads having nozzles that output air against a conveyor belt and an opposing catch tray assembly that catches dislodged sesame seeds and small debris or particles from the cleaned conveyor belt. A hanging bracket attaches to opposing sides of the conveyor belt's frame and uses rollers to direct the conveyor belt in a temporarily vertical direction while the air-powered conveyor belt cleaner operates. Once the conveyor belt is vertically-oriented, plant air is directed to inlets at the spinner manifold, which is then output through nozzles perpendicularly arranged relative to the conveyor belt. The cleaning heads are adapted to rotate while operating to increase the agitation against the conveyor belt. The tips of the nozzles/tubes are bent at an obtuse angle to create a thrust caused by the output air.
APPARATUS FOR TRANSFERRING OBJECTS
The present invention relates to an apparatus for transferring objects comprising: an object take-off roller (10) comprising, on the periphery thereof, members (11) for individually gripping said objects, a device for rotating said object take-off roller (10)said individual gripping members being arranged in at least one ring, said apparatus comprising, for each ring, a linear actuator (13), placed in the interior volume defined by said roller, for moving an individual gripping member (11) appearing opposite this linear actuator (13) between a rest position and a gripping position in which this individual gripping member (11) extends radially, projecting from this take-off roller (10) to grip an object, the gripping position being obtained by one free mobile end of said linear actuator (13) bearing against said individual gripping member (11), said take-off roller (10) being configured to move an individual gripping member (11) in its rest position one by one in front of each linear actuator (13) as it rotates. According to the inventionthe free end of said linear actuator (13) being mobile between a folded position and a deployed position in which this free end is in contact with an individual gripping member (11), this linear actuator (13) is rotationally mobile between at least an engaged position and a disengaged position such that, with the free end of said linear actuator (13) being in its deployed position or in an intermediate position between its deployed position and its folded position, said linear actuator (13) is freely moved from its engaged position to its disengaged position when it comes into contact with another individual gripping member (11), in its rest position, carried by said rotating take-off roller (10), said disengaged position corresponding to a position in which said actuator is spaced apart from said individual gripping members, said assembly comprising a return member (15) to return said actuator from its disengaged position to its engaged position when the free end of said actuator is in its folded position or in an intermediate position not able to interact with an individual gripping member (11) in its rest position.
Plating apparatus
A plating apparatus includes a processing bath configured to store a processing liquid therein, a transporter configured to immerse a substrate holder, holding a substrate, in the processing liquid, raise the substrate holder out of the processing bath, and transport the substrate holder in a horizontal direction, and a gas flow generator configured to generate a clean gas flow forward of the substrate with respect to a direction in which the substrate holder is transported. The transporter moves the gas flow generator together with the substrate holder in the horizontal direction while transporting the substrate holder in the horizontal direction.

CONVEYANCE DEVICE AND FIBROUS MATERIAL RECYCLING DEVICE
Provided is technology for effectively removing fiber from a mesh belt. A second web former for conveying a second web containing fiber deposited on a mesh belt 72 having multiple holes 72a has a brush roller 710 with numerous bristles 712 protruding from the surface and disposed in contact with the mesh belt 72. The sectional area of the bristles 712 of the brush roller 710 is smaller than the open area of the holes 72a in the mesh belt 72 so that the distal ends of the bristles 712 can enter the holes 72a.
Conveyor assembly
In an aspect, a conveyor system for moving a wheeled structure through a service line is provided. The conveyor system comprises at least one endless belt mounted longitudinally through the service line. The belt has an upper transport portion for moving the vehicle through the service line, and a lower return portion with a support deck below the upper transport portion to support the belt. A debris deflector is mounted between the upper transport portion and the lower return portion to protect the lower return portion from debris falling through the support deck.
Conveyor belt cleaning apparatus
Provided is a conveyor belt cleaning apparatus, and particularly, to a steam conveyor belt cleaning apparatus which is installed above a conveyor belt and configured to remove foreign substances adhering to the conveyor belt. Provided is a structure of the cleaning apparatus capable of cleanly cleaning, sterilizing, and washing a surface of the conveyor belt by spraying steam to separate foreign substances attached to the surface of the conveyor belt, collecting the foreign substances in a direction toward a foreign substance discharge unit, discharging the foreign substances, and clearly removing the foreign substances. As described above, the cleaning apparatus for removing finely protruding residues, which are foreign substances adhering to the surface of the conveyor belt, and sterilizing and washing the surface of the conveyor belt, such that the surface of the conveyor belt may be cleanly maintained.
