HYDRAULIC CONTROL SYSTEM FOR PARKING BRAKE

A hydraulic control system for a machine, the machine having a service brake and a parking brake, includes a hydraulic fluid tank, a pump configured to withdraw hydraulic fluid from the hydraulic fluid tank, and a first accumulator and a second accumulator fluidly connected to the pump. The first and second accumulators configured to supply the hydraulic fluid to the service brake and the parking brake. Further, a resolver valve fluidly coupled between the first and second accumulators and configured to selectively supply the hydraulic fluid from one of the first and second accumulators to the parking brake.

Pedal modulating valve assembly including multiple gain states

A valve assembly is provided. The valve assembly includes a valve body defining a bore. The valve assembly further includes a plunger adjacent the valve body. The valve assembly further includes a modulating biasing member abutting the plunger. The valve assembly further includes a spool disposed in the bore and adjacent the plunger with the modulating biasing member disposed therebetween. The plunger is configured to move the spool between a neutral position and an energized position. The spool defines a socket. The valve assembly further includes a piston disposed in the socket and configured to move between a first piston position and a second piston position within the socket.

Hydraulic Brake System for Electric Work Machines

A hydraulic brake system for a work machine is disclosed. The hydraulic brake system comprises a first hydraulic circuit including a first pump for providing fluid flow to a cooling system, a second hydraulic circuit including a second pump for providing fluid flow to a plurality of hydraulic systems, a valve configured to allow fluid flow from the second hydraulic circuit to the first hydraulic circuit, and a control unit configured to control the valve based on real-time braking requirements and signals received from a plurality of sensors disposed on the work machine.
