Pressurized air powered liquid sprayer
A liquid sprayer powered by an inflatable standup paddle board (iSUP), comprising: a container; a sprayer hose; and an air hose. The container is configured to hold a liquid, the sprayer hose comprises a spray nozzle and is configured to pass the liquid from the container through the spray nozzle. The air hose may be configured to connect to the container and to an iSUP. The air hose may comprise a flow regulator and one-way check valve. The flow regulator is configured to start, stop, increase, and decrease a flow of air from the iSUP into the container. The one-way check valve substantially prevents the liquid from entering the iSUP. The container may accept the flow of air from the iSUP when connected to the iSUP, such that the container is pressurized. When the container is pressurized, the spray nozzle passes the liquid out of the liquid sprayer.
Device for coating surfaces, particularly coloured or painted surfaces
A device for coating surfaces, particularly colored or painted surfaces, using a spray gun which is supplied by a supply device with the material to be sprayed. The supply device includes a material container which can be pressurized, and a pressure element is provided on or in the material container itself.
Cartridge holder, multichamber cartridges and metering and mixing devices which comprise these
A metering and mixing device contains a multichamber cartridge and a cartridge holder having a reception container for the multichamber cartridge and a compressed air connection and a connection for an application device. The reception container has an internal tube arranged coaxially to the walls of the cartridge holder and equipped with static mixing elements. The multichamber cartridge contains an upper portion having a directional valve, a middle portion configured as a tubular empty space surrounded by at least two chambers arranged tubularly in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the cartridge, and a lower portion having a piston for each chamber. The multichamber cartridge is arranged in the cartridge holder such that the inner wall of the inner tube of the multichamber cartridge bears, leak-tight, against the outer wall of the tube of the cartridge holder.
Adhesive dispensing system and method
A dispenser system for applying multi-component adhesives or like substances to work surfaces in carpeting, roofing and like applications as well as a method of dispensing and applying multi-component adhesives to work surfaces.
Pressurised liquid delivery system
A pressurized liquid delivery assembly has at least one liquid delivery module. Each module may include a housing and an associated compartment. The compartment may be located within the housing and may be moveable with respect to the housing to permit access to the compartment by a user. The compartment may define a space adapted to receive a replaceable pressurised receptacle containing liquid to be dispensed by the assembly. A liquid dispenser may be operatively associated with the receptacle and adapted to dispense liquid. The dispenser may include a conduit that may be extendable from a dispensing nozzle to a liquid receiving connector. The liquid receiving connector may be adapted to releasably connect to the liquid receptacle in use.
Spray gun
The present invention discloses a spray gun, which comprises a gun body; a liquid container surface disposed below the gun body; a hollow connecting pipe disposed between the gun body and the liquid container. The liquid container is in communication with the interior of the gun body through the hollow connecting pipe; the liquid container has a liquid feeding hole on the top; the head portion of the gun body is located above the top of the liquid container and tilted downwardly away from the top of the liquid container. In the present invention, there is a relatively large space above the liquid feeding opening, providing an efficient space for a smooth liquid feeding operation. Liquid feeding can be performed inside the liquid container without replacing the liquid container and the liquid is ensured not to be split during the operation.
Adhesive dispensing system and method
A dispenser system for applying multi-component adhesives or like substances to work surfaces in carpeting, roofing and like applications as well as a method of dispensing and applying multi-component adhesives to work surfaces.
AEROSOL DISPENSER AND NOZZLE
A spray dispenser includes a container, a valve body, a valve stem, a supply channel, an actuator, and a nozzle. The container valve stem, supply channel and nozzle are in fluid communication. The valve stem is movable from a closed position to a fully open position, wherein in the closed position the valve stem channel is not in fluid communication with the interior of the container, wherein in the fully open position the valve stem channel is in fluid communication with the interior of the container. The actuator is in operative communication with the valve stem, wherein the actuator is movable from resting position to a fully actuated position, wherein in the resting position the valve stem is in the closed position, and wherein in the fully actuated position the valve stem is in the fully open position. The nozzle includes a swirl chamber adjacent the end face and having a chamber depth CH extending along the nozzle longitudinal axis NL and a chamber diameter CD, and wherein the swirl chamber is disposed generally concentric with the cavity and in fluid communication with the grooves, wherein chamber diameter CD is less than or equal to 800 microns and the chamber depth CH is less than or equal to 500 microns.
Spray gun
An aerosol can spray gun that accepts a top of an aerosol spray gun. The spray gun includes an integral motorized fan. When the trigger on the spray gun is depressed the aerosol spray can dispensing cap is depressed and simultaneously the fan pushes air out through nozzles in the front of the spray gun to control the spray fan pattern. A tab on the cap ensures that the nozzle on the can is oriented forward. Optionally, the air nozzles in the front of the spray gun can adjust the fan pattern between horizontal and vertical.
PAINT DELIVERY SYSTEM
A paint delivery system includes a container forming an inner area; an insert having a cylindrical top of a first diameter and a cylindrical bottom of a second diameter and being tapered from the top to the bottom, the insert further having a lip extending around the top; and a tightening device extending through the lip to secure the insert within the inner area of the container by securing the lip to a top of the container; a paint dispenser having an elongated siphoning means to extend within the container and insert and to extract paint from within the insert; the insert and siphoning means create a pressure differential within the insert that facilitates extraction of the paint from the insert.
