A Spray Gun
20180200742 · 2018-07-19 ·

The present invention discloses a spray gun, which comprises a gun body; a liquid container surface disposed below the gun body; a hollow connecting pipe disposed between the gun body and the liquid container. The liquid container is in communication with the interior of the gun body through the hollow connecting pipe; the liquid container has a liquid feeding hole on the top; the head portion of the gun body is located above the top of the liquid container and tilted downwardly away from the top of the liquid container. In the present invention, there is a relatively large space above the liquid feeding opening, providing an efficient space for a smooth liquid feeding operation. Liquid feeding can be performed inside the liquid container without replacing the liquid container and the liquid is ensured not to be split during the operation.

Spray Gun

A spray gun comprises a gun body (1); a liquid container (4) with a top, the liquid container (4) having an opening on the top; a lid (3) for covering on the opening of the liquid container (4); a connecting pipe (2) connecting the gun body (1) to the lid (3); a tube (42) connected to the connecting pipe (2); wherein the lid (3) has a liquid feeding hole (41) communicating with the opening of the liquid container (4); the tube (42) enables flow of liquid between the liquid container (4) and the gun body (1). Compared with the prior art, by the improvement to the lid and the arrangement of the matched sealing device, the spray gun of the present invention can feed raw material into the liquid container without replacing the liquid container. In addition, during this process, pipes inside the spray gun can be ensured to be communicated with each other so as to prevent the fed material from splashing anywhere.

DEVICE FOR COATING SURFACES, PARTICULARLY COLOURED OR PAINTED SURFACES

A device for coating surfaces, particularly coloured or painted surfaces, using a spray gun which is supplied by a supply device with the material to be sprayed. The supply device includes a material container which can be pressurised, and a pressure element is provided on or in the material container itself.

An improved cleaning solution dispenser and method of use thereof. The apparatus comprises a casing and a cartridge. The casing comprises an external housing having a bottom portion with an outlet port, an air pump, and an injector connected to the air pump. The cartridge comprises an air tight reservoir containing a cleaning solution, a nozzle disposed on a bottom side reservoir, the nozzle having an opening disposed at an end point of the nozzle, and an injection point disposed at a top portion of the reservoir configured to receive the injector. The injector is configured to puncture a surface of the injection point. The air pump pumps air through the injector into the reservoir above the cleaning solution. The increased internal air pressure of the reservoir forces the cleaning solution through the nozzle.

Methods of applying a rapid cure sealant to an aircraft surface

Applicant discloses a novel method of spray applying multiple courses of a rapid cure, two part polymer sealant to an aircraft surface. The method sometimes uses a two part polymer mix for use in the aircraft industry that is applied with pneumatic mix and spray gun. The two part cartridge is used in the mix and spray gun so the mix is applied immediately upon mixing, but the two components are kept separated unless the gun is applying the mix. The multiple courses cure to form a clear sealant that allows for inspection of cracks and corrosion beneath the sealant. It cures quickly so that the coated part may be further processed, for example in the assembly line during aircraft build. Applicant further discloses multiple spray gun systems for applying such a two-part polymer mix to aircraft parts.

Drywall texture dispensing system
