Jar comprising means for pressurizing a dispensing pump
The invention relates to a jar comprising: a body having an upper wall, a flexible pouch containing a product to be dispensed, a deformable chamber delimited by a rigid wall and a flexible diaphragm and in fluidic communication with, for the one part, the flexible pouch and, for the other part, a dispensing orifice that opens out at the upper wall, a lid mounted on the upper wall so as to be movable between an open position and a closed position, the movement between these positions consisting of the lid being slid over the upper wall, pressurizing means designed to press on the flexible diaphragm while the lid moves from the closed position to the open position.
Ergonomic spray actuator, a sprayer comprising the ergonomic spray actuator, and a method of freshening the air or fabric
An actuator is provided. The actuator includes a nozzle; a valve; a conduit in fluid communication with the valve at one end portion and in fluid communication with the nozzle at an opposite end portion; and a trigger operatively connected with the valve, wherein the trigger includes a first zone and a second zone, wherein the first and second zones are independently movable about a common axis.
Metered and active sprayer devices with aerosol functionality (“Flairosol II”)
In exemplary embodiments of the present invention, Flairosol dispensing devices can be provided. Such devices utilize a combination of Flair technology, pre-compression valves and aerosol-like pressurization of the dispensed liquid. Such a dispensing device has, for example, a main body comprising a pressure chamber, the latter being provided with a pressure piston and a pressure spring. The device further has a piston and a piston chamber which draws liquid from a container, for example, the inner container of a Flair bottle, and fills the pressure chamber with that liquid as a user operates a trigger in various compression and release strokes. The piston chamber has both an inlet valve and an outlet valve, which serve to prevent backflow. Liquid exiting the piston chamber under pressure (supplied by a user pumping the trigger) enters a central vertical channel which is in fluid communication with both the pressure chamber (above the pressure piston) and a dome valve provided near the outlet channel at the top of the dispensing head. The dome valve has a preset pressure, such that once exceeded by the liquid, opens and allows for a spray. If the liquid pressure drops below such preset pressure, the dome valve closes off the outlet channel, which serves to regulate the strength of the flow and preclude leakage. Alternatively, in an activated embodiment, for example, once the liquid is sufficiently pressurized, it can be dispensed by a user allowing the dome valve to open by pressing on an activation button that removes a dome lock.
DROPPER DISPENSER
A dropper dispenser comprising: a fluid reservoir (1) including at least one movable wall (11) so as to put the fluid in the reservoir (1) under pressure; a cannula (24) having an outlet (25) that is designed to form a drop of fluid; and a valve (3) that is arranged between the reservoir (1) and the cannula (24) so as to control firstly the flow of fluid from the reservoir (1) into the cannula (24), and secondly the flow of fluid, and possibly air, from the cannula (24) into the reservoir (1), the valve (3), when subjected to sufficient pressure from the fluid in the reservoir (1), defining an opening (33) having a flow section that is proportional to the force exerted on the movable wall (11) of the reservoir (1); the dropper dispenser being characterized in that it further comprises a valve-opening limiter (27) so as to limit the opening (33) of the valve (3) while fluid is flowing from the reservoir (1) into the cannula (24), so as to create additional head loss that reduces the flow of fluid through the cannula (24).
COMBINATION SHAKE AND SPRAY BOTTLE
A multipurpose shake or spray bottle container may include an upper liquid dispenser unit sized to accommodate a volume of a liquid; a spray nozzle attached to the upper liquid dispenser unit and designed to dispense the liquid from the upper liquid dispenser unit; a lower solids dispenser unit sized to accommodate a volume of at least one solid, the lower solids dispenser attached to the upper liquid dispenser by a divider designed to keep the liquid separate from the at least one solid; and a sifter attached to a surface of the lower solids dispenser unit, the sifter designed to dispense the at least one solid from the lower solids unit. The lower solids dispenser unit may be partitioned into multiple solids compartments to accommodate a plurality of solid materials.
Food product dispensers having levers with slidable pivot ends
A food product dispenser for dispensing a food product from a container includes a lid configured to couple to the container and a pump coupled to the lid and having a cylinder and a piston assembly with a piston rod and a piston that is reciprocated in the cylinder. A lever having a piston end B pivotably coupled to the piston rod. An opposite, pivot end of the lever slidably coupled to the lid such that the lever pivots about a pivot axis. The pivot end slides along the lid and the piston end acts on the piston assembly with a primarily vertical force that reciprocates the piston assembly and dispenses the food product.
Volume cream container
A volume cream vessel is provided, which includes a cream vessel configured to contain a cosmetic content, a rim member mounted on the upper part of the cream vessel, a pumping device seated on the rim member and configured to upwardly pump the cosmetic content inside the cream vessel, a pressing member disposed on an upper part of the pumping device, and a cover member configured to cover an upper part of the pressing member. One edge of the pressing member is coupled to the rim member so as to operate the pumping device by a pressing operation.
Ergonomic spray actuator, a sprayer comprising the ergonomic spray actuator, and a method of freshening the air or fabric
An actuator includes a nozzle; a valve; and a trigger operatively connected with the valve, wherein the trigger comprises an elastomeric material, wherein the trigger is configured to reciprocate from a forward position to a rearward position and back to a forward position upon actuation, wherein upon actuation from a forward position to a rearward position the trigger comprises a changing moment arm.
Inhaler
An inhaler, preferably for insertion into a nostril, in particular a horse's nostril, with an inhalation valve, which has a movable valve element, whereby the valve element is designed in an annular manner and has an outer edge and an inner edge, whereby the valve element is fastened at the outer edge, the inner edge forms the boundary of an indentation of the valve element, and the inhalation valve has a valve body seat that corresponds to the inner edge.
Dispensing device for a fluid dispenser
A dispensing device for a fluid dispenser has a housing, a dispensing mechanism and a dispensing nozzle which can be displaced parallel to a longitudinal extension of the dispensing device by means of the dispensing mechanism.
