Abstract
The present utility model patent application discloses a hermetic hatch applied to boats, capable of opening in two directions according to its installed position on the vessel, providing practicality, safety, and ease of handling. The innovation aims to ensure safety and ergonomics for accessing vessel compartments, both from inside and outside. The hatch provides highly effective hermetic sealing against fluids, while allowing practical bidirectional opening: left-to-right and right-to-left, without compromising the hermetic seal. Field of application: boats, nautical engineering, and safety.
Claims
1. NAUTICAL HATCH, characterized by a structure (1) comprising a hatch (1) provided with hinges (2) capable of opening in two directions: left-to-right and right-to-left, wherein the direction of opening depends on its installation, allowing access either from outside (E) or inside (E) the vessel, together with a frame (3) for sealing, the hatch (1) being hermetically sealed.
2. NAUTICAL HATCH according to claim 1, characterized in that the hatch (1) is provided with a plurality of hinges (2), installed between the deck (A) of the vessel (E) and the frame (3), and between the frame (3) and the hatch (1); wherein the hatch (1) alone opens exclusively inward, while the hatch (1) together with the frame (3) opens outward.

DETAILED TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
[0016] The NAUTICAL HATCH, object of this utility model patent, refers to a structure (1) comprising a hatch (1) provided with hinges (2) capable of opening in two directions: left-to-right and right-to-left. The direction of opening depends on its installation, allowing access either from outside (E) or inside (E) the vessel, together with a frame (3) for sealing. The hatch (1) is hermetically sealed.
[0017] More particularly, the hatch (1) is fitted with a plurality of hinges (2), installed between the vessel's deck (A) and the frame (3), and between the frame (3) and the hatch (1). The hatch (1) alone opens exclusively inward, whereas the hatch (1) together with the frame (3) opens outward.
[0018] Therefore, the innovative patent describes a hatch or access door for vessels, featuring hermetic sealing and ambidextrous opening. Its ambidextrous nature allows it to be opened from either inside or outside the vessel, depending on the user's position.
[0019] The present nautical hatch offers an innovative solution applied to vessels, being a technology specifically conceived for this purpose, satisfying the requirements of novelty and inventive step in its field of application, and providing undeniable functional improvement in its use.
[0020] It is known that significant solutions often arise from apparently simple devices. That is exactly the purpose of the present utility model patent application, which addresses a growing market through the simplicity, comfort, convenience, and safety it provides to users.
