Disclosed are various approaches for navigation identifying one's current position. A navigation device receives a guided surface wave using a guided surface wave receive structure. The navigation device then receives a reflection of the guided surface wave using the guided surface wave receive structure. The navigation device calculates an amount of time elapsed between receiving the guided surface wave and receiving the reflection of guided surface wave. The navigation device then measures an angle between a wave front of the guided surface wave and a polar axis of the Earth. Finally the navigation device determines a location of the guided surface wave receive structure based at least in part on the angle between the wave front of the guided surface wave and the polar axis of the Earth the amount of time elapsed between receiving the guided surface wave and receiving the reflection of guided surface wave.

A system and method for increasing meta data with a call center system to provide increased caller ID and agent skill matching. A system may include pre-populated meta data from a given phone number. A processor may include pre-programmed logic sequences for increasing meta data for the system by providing signal outputs to other sources and vendors to request the missing meta data. The information obtained from the other sources is input into the memory of the system for another logic sequence to act upon to provide the phone number or a call to the best possible and available agent based on agent skills and other information. Agents are able to access all the meta data prior to, during or after the call. Inbound and outbound calls may each utilize the system.

Improving automated package delivery to mobile delivery receptacles to allow accurate and reliable package deliveries comprises a delivery receptacle for an automated package delivery via an unmanned aerial delivery device. The delivery receptacle is notified of a pending delivery and travels to a receiving location. The delivery receptacle emits infrared (IR) beacons from one or more IR beacon transmitters. An aerial delivery device detects the IR beacon and uses the beacons to navigate to the delivery receptacle. The delivery receptacle receives IR beacon responses from the aerial delivery device and continually or periodically directs the IR beacons in the direction of the aerial delivery device. The aerial delivery device deposits the package in the delivery receptacle. After receiving the package, the delivery receptacle transports the package to a secure location, such as into a garage.

MEASURING APPARATUS USING BEACON TAG
Provided is a measuring apparatus using a beacon tag. More particularly, the measuring apparatus uses a beacon tag which is simple in configuration, easy to carry and use, and has low manufacturing cost, including: three reference beacon tags arranged in a specific space; a distance measuring unit including a distance measuring sensor measuring a distance to a target, a measurement direction detection unit detecting a measurement direction of the distance measuring sensor, and a measuring beacon tag provided in a low part of the distance measuring sensor; a position detection unit: calculating relative coordinates of the measuring beacon tag; and detecting relative coordinates of the target on the basis of the relative coordinates of the measuring beacon tag, the distance between the target and the distance measuring sensor, and the measurement direction of the distance measuring sensor.
