A fold out fishing chair for providing an easily portable seating and rod holding apparatus that provides shade for daytime fishing and illumination for nighttime fishing. The fold out fishing chair includes a base seat with an integral holder assembly and an integral shade assembly, each of which can be selectively moved into a deployed position. The holder assembly defines a fold out fishing rod holding structure that can hold fishing rods at a desirable angle without requiring ongoing user attention. The shade assembly includes a roll out shade having integrated lighting elements so as to improve comfort in direct sunlight and low lighting conditions. The holder assembly and shade assembly can both be moved to a retracted position in which the base seat can be folded into a closed configuration sized substantially the same as a folded conventional fold out chair.

A rest component (12, 14) for an article of furniture (10) includes a body member (16) mountable to a platform (18) of the article of furniture (10), the body member (16) defining a plurality of surfaces (20). A cover member (26) is carried by the body member (16) to define a pocket (32) associated with at least one surface (20) of the body member (16), the pocket (32) defining a mouth (34) to enable a user to gain access to an interior of the pocket (32). At least one receiving formation (36) is carried by the body member (16) within the pocket (32), the cover member (26) concealing the at least one receiving formation 36.

A frameless furniture assembly adapted to be converted between an unfilled configuration and a filled configuration including: an outer liner having an inner surface and an outer surface; a plurality of pieces of fill material, wherein the fill material is retained withi n the outer liner; and a container holder associated with the outer liner. The frameless furniture assembly is preferably adapted to support a human in a seated position.

First and second U-shaped cross-members each have legs connected by cross bars and pivotally connected with each other at central portions thereof, and are mutually movable from a generally X-shaped setup condition in which the cross bars are transversely spaced apart, to a generally flat collapsed condition. A portable beach chair for cooling a person while relaxing or basking in a warm environment is provided. The portable beach chair comprises a chair having a body support portion and a back support portion with the back support portion hingedly connected to the body support portion and releasably securable in a desired angular position. A water reservoir secured to the back support portion holds a predetermined amount of water. A showerhead is fluidly connected to the water reservoir with the showerhead positioned above the back support portion and directing a water flow from the water reservoir in a general direction toward both the body support portion and the back support portion. Upon introducing water through the showerhead from the water reservoir, the water flow through the showerhead cools the person thereby eliminating any need for the person to access a hose or go into a waterbody to cool off.

A double heated recreational chair includes a pair of chair frames and a table top tray pivotally and swivelly carried by the chair frame. The chair frame is selectively deployable in a folded, collapsed configuration in which the table top tray is deployed in a folded position adjacent to the chair frame. The chair frame is selectively deployable in an extended, functional configuration in which the table top tray is supported on the chair frame in a generally horizontal position.
