A process pressure transmitter system includes a process pressure transmitter housing, a process pressure sensor in the process pressure transmitter housing, a flange face in the process pressure transmitter housing and an isolation diaphragm on the flange face. A first capillary passageway carries a first fill fluid from the isolation diaphragm to the process pressure sensor. A process seal diaphragm couples to a process fluid of the industrial process. A second capillary passageway carries a second fill fluid from the process seal diaphragm to the isolation diaphragm. A diamond like carbon (DLC) coating coats the process seal diaphragm.

Provided is a pressure detection device, wherein a pressure detection unit includes: a pressure detecting diaphragm; a second connection portion; and four strain resistance portions. One of either a first connection portion or the second connection portion is formed of a magnet, and the other of either the first connection portion or the second connection portion is formed of a magnet or a magnetic body. The first connection portion and the second connection portion are arranged such that the first connection portion and the second connection portion are attracted by a magnetic force in a state where a flow passage unit is mounted on the pressure detection unit. The four strain resistance portions are attached to a region of a second surface of a pressure detecting diaphragm other than a center portion.

The drive and/or evaluation circuit is configured on or in a circuit substrate disposed within the sensor housing. The first pressure sensor element is configured on or in the circuit substrate and is separated from the fluid medium by at least one first separating membrane.
