SEAL INSTALLATION TOOL
A method of installing a seal in a bore of a component includes, among other things, slidably orienting the component in a support fixture. The method includes securing a base plate to the component. The method includes arranging the seal onto a pusher. The method also includes inserting the pusher into a hole in the base plate. The method further includes installing a hub onto the base plate and over the pusher. The method further includes rotating a rod relative to the hub to advance the pusher and seat the seal in the bore.
Carrying case for a power tool
A carrying case for a power tool and a power tool kit are provided. A carrying case for a power tool includes an interior volume defined by a top, a bottom, a front, a back, a first side, and a second side. The carrying case further includes a plurality of distinct compartments within the interior volume. The distinct compartments are configured to receive a battery-powered power tool, a battery configured to power the battery-powered power tool, and a battery charger for the battery, respectively. The carrying case further includes a battery receiver configured for locking engagement with the battery, wherein the battery receiver is formed on an interior surface of at least one of the front, back, first side, or second side.
Magnetic mount for power tool
A magnetic mount for a power tool to secure the power tool to a ferrous surface includes a substantially u-shaped bracket including a spaced apart pair of mounting arms each having a base end and an opposite distal end, a rigid cross-member joining the pair of mounting arms at the base ends, a mounting head on each distal end of the pair of mounting arms, at least one magnet mounted on the cross-member, wherein the pair of mounting arms are disposed in a first direction from the cross member and the magnet is disposed in a second direction substantially opposite to the first direction, from the cross member, and wherein the mounting heads are adapted for mounting to at least one side of the power tool.
MODULAR WORK STATION
A work station includes a working surface configured to support a tool assembly, a base portion supporting the working surface, a table removably coupled to one or more of the working surface and the base portion, an aperture formed in the table, the aperture configured to selectively receive a suction device, and a downdraft surface positioned on at least one side of the table. The downdraft surface includes a plurality of recesses in fluid communication with the aperture, and the plurality of recesses are configured to generate a downdraft.
POWER CABLE END TREATMENT DEVICE
A cable treatment device including: an affixing device for reversibly securing to a circumference of a power cable a kinematic device having attachment structure for attaching to the affixing member, the kinematic device adapted to provide kinematic motion relative to the attachment structure, the kinematic motion being fully controllable through a plurality of force input connections, and a tooling device attached to the kinematic device, the tooling device adapted to receive said kinematic motion, wherein the kinematic device allows the tooling to move cross-sectionally relative to the extension of a power cable secured by the affixing device. Thereby, a well-controlled and reproducible process is achieved, employing a portable device being user friendly, while simultaneously reducing technician exposure to toxic particulates.
MOBILE PROJECT CENTER SYSTEM
A mobile project center system is presented that includes a center track having a pair of center supports and a pair of legs connected to the center support. A pair of benchtops are connected to the center track and move between an extended position and a retracted position. A pair of braces connect to each benchtop and provide support between the benchtop and the legs. These braces are locked and unlocked using a brace lock controlled by a brace control positioned just below the benchtops. A shelf extends between the opposing pairs of legs that transitions from a folded position and an extended position. The benchtop includes a plurality of openings in a grid pattern that facilitate attachment of various devices such as a joinery block. The system is used to perform a number of operations and converts between a plurality of configurations.
Multiple tool
A multiple tool, including at least one tool body provided with a central portion and radial portions departing from said central portion, each of said radial portions carrying a respective tool. The multiple tool further includes at least a frame provided with at least an opening for removably housing said at least one tool body, and with peripheral seats for removably housing respective implements.
Storage hutch assembly
A storage hutch assembly 10 including a plurality of dissimilar assemblies, such as a power tool holder assembly 120, which may be selectively and operatively deployed within the hutch assembly 10 upon a contained shelf 30 and/or upon a storage cart, such a cart 50, and/or upon a surface such as surface 25 contained within the storage hutch assembly 10.
Holding device
Presented is a method and apparatus for holding. The apparatus includes a base, the base operable to be fixedly attached to an opposing surface, and a head support coupled to the base, the head support being spaced from the opposing surface defining a grinder head gap, the head support having an end portion that is curved with an open top. The apparatus further includes a handle support, the handle support coupled to the base extending away from the opposing surface, the handle support having a curved portion and an open portion.
POWER TOOL
A power tool can absorb the shock from suspension resulting from falling while preventing the power tool from falling on the ground. A power tool includes a tool holder attachable to the power tool. The tool holder includes an annular portion that receives a suspension member through the annular portion, a base supporting the annular portion, and at least one bend located between the annular portion and the base.
