DEVICE FOR WINDING UP CARGO TIES COMPRISING SPRING-LOADED CLAMP
A device for neatly winding up cargo ties includes a moveable clamp arm a first end of which projects out of an opening of the housing such that the clamp arm and the housing together form a pair of jaws that can selectively be placed about a variety of surfaces and tightened. The jaws are loosened and tightened through the rotation of a threaded rod that engages with a second end of the clamp arm at the interior of the housing causing movement of the clamp arm along a clamping axis. In some embodiments, a nut which is prevented from rotating, is disposed at the second end of the clamp arm and comprises threading that engages with the threading on the threaded rod moving the clamp arm along the clamping axis.
ENCLOSING DEVICE, ENVELOPE PROCESSING APPARATUS, AND IMAGE FORMING SYSTEM
An enclosing device to insert an enclosure into an envelope conveyed to an enclosing position includes an envelope conveyor and an enclosing unit. The envelope conveyor conveys the envelope to the enclosing position. The enclosing unit opens a frontage of the envelope such that the enclosure is inserted into the envelope that has reached the enclosing position and includes an opening amount adjuster to adjust an opening amount of the frontage when the enclosure is inserted into the envelope. The opening amount adjuster adjusts the opening amount, depending on a flap length and a body length. The flap length is a length of a flap of the envelope in a conveyance direction in which the envelope is conveyed to the enclosing position. The body length is a length of a body of the envelope in the conveyance direction.

Cargo Strap Winding Device
A cargo strap winding device is provided. The device is comprised of a device designed for efficiently winding cargo straps into a compact configuration, particularly benefiting commercial truck operators who frequently handle tie-down straps. The device comprises a fixed base that stabilizes a rotatable winding mechanism, which is capable of 360-degree rotation and can be powered by a motorized tool like a drill or operated manually using a handle with a non-slip grip. The base incorporates a mounting bracket for flexible attachment to trailers or similar structures, while the winding member includes radially arranged horizontal support members to ensure even winding and prevent tangling. A bearing assembly minimizes friction during operation, and a locking mechanism secures the shaft when not in use. This design facilitates quick and consistent winding, reducing manual effort, improving productivity, and enhancing workflow efficiency for users handling multiple straps daily.
