LAMINATED MEMBER FOR DECORATION AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING DECORATIVE MOLDED ARTICLE
An object of the present invention is to provide a laminated member for decoration that can be molded into a complicated shape and has a superior hardcoating property. The present invention relates to a laminated member for decoration having a protective film, a coating layer and a resin substrate, wherein the surface roughness Rz(a) of the adhesive layer of the protective film on the side where the coating layer is located and the surface roughness Rz(b) of the coating layer of an unheated sample formed by peeling the protective layer, the surface roughness being taken on the side opposite from the resin substrate, define Rz(b)/Rz(a)×100 having a prescribed relationship; the surface roughness Rz(b) and the surface roughness Rz(bh) of the coating layer of a heated sample prepared by heating the unheated sample under a prescribed condition, the surface roughness being taken on the side opposite from the resin substrate, satisfy at least one of Formulas (2) and (3) below:
0%≤Rz(bh)/Rz(b)×100<30% (2), and
0≤Rz(bh)≤Rz(b)<0.5 μm (3);
and the unreacted (meth)acryloyl groups of the coating layer of the heated sample irradiated with a prescribed amount of active energy rays have disappeared 10 to 100% as compared with the coating layer of the unheated sample.
Composite container, inner label and plastic member
A composite preform including a preform and a plastic member in close contact with the outer surface of the preform is made by preparing the preform made of plastic material and arranging the plastic member to surround the outer surface of the preform. Subsequently, the composite preform is heated and inserted in a blow molding die and undergoes blow molding in the blow molding die, by which the preform and the plastic member of the composite preform are inflated integrally and a composite container is obtained.
PROTECTIVE FILM-ATTACHED FUNCTIONAL SHEET
A protective film-attached functional sheet includes a protective film bonded to a functional sheet including aromatic polycarbonate sheets and a functional layer sandwiched between the aromatic polycarbonate sheets, the functional layer being a polyvinyl alcohol polarizing film layer, a photochromic layer, or a combination. The protective film is a polyolefin resin film that includes at least two layers: a base layer formed of a polypropylene having a melting point equal to or higher than a glass transition temperature of the aromatic polycarbonate and an adhesive layer on one surface of the base layer and being a resin composition containing a polyolefin rubber and a polyolefin having a melting point lower than the glass transition temperature but equal to or higher than 15° C. lower than the glass transition temperature; or at least three layers: the aforementioned two layers and an intermediate layer between the base layer and the adhesive layer.
MEMBERS FOR DIRECTING EXPANDABLE MATERIAL FOR BAFFLING, SEALING, REINFORCING
An article comprising: (a) a carrier having a predetermined shape to guide one or more expansion directions of an injection molded expandable material; (b) the injection molded expandable material on the carrier; wherein the expandable material is formed on the carrier at one or more angles perpendicular to the one or more expansion directions; and wherein the expandable material is capable of being activated to expand under an activation condition to come into contact with, and adhere to one or more walls defining a cavity in order to at least partially fill the cavity.
METHODS FOR MAKING FLEXIBLE CONTAINERS AND ASSOCIATED PRODUCTS
Disclosed is a method for making a flexible container. The method implements an injection mold having a collapsible core that expands/moves to define the apertures and, in some embodiments, holds a flexible film in place during the injection mold process and collapses/moves back post-injection molding to allow for the flexible container to be readily removed from the die. In addition, the method described includes a post-injection molding anneal process that is implemented to allow the flexible film to shrink so as to provide for form-fitting of the film to the molded portion of the container.
Opening panel made from plastic, which continues to block the opening in the body shell in the event of an impact
Motor vehicle sub-assembly (10) comprising a first part (20) made of plastic material forming an outer bodywork skin, and a second part (30) made of plastic material forming an internal structure to which said first part (20) is attached, characterised in that the second part (30) comprises at least one mechanical reinforcement (40) made of thermoplastic material having a Young's modulus less than that of the plastic material of the second part (30), and a coefficient of elongation at break greater than that of the plastic material of the second part (30).
Container manufacturing method
A container manufacturing method includes: a liquid discharge step in which a predetermined amount of liquid (L) in the container (C) is discharged to the outside by supplying pressurized air from air holes (13) provided in a blow molding mold (11) to a cavity (12) and pushing an outer surface of the container (C) after molding by the air; and a headspace forming step in which a headspace (HS) is formed in the container (C) by separating a filling nozzle (22) from a mouth portion (Ca) of the container (C) in a state in which a predetermined amount of liquid (L) is discharged to the outside.
Seating assembly with ventilation
A vehicle seating assembly includes a first part, a second part with a second foam part, and a barrier with a permeable portion and a non-permeable portion. The vehicle seating assembly also includes an air passageway extending through the first part, the second foam part, and the permeable portion of the barrier and an air mover fluidly coupled to the air passageway for moving air through the air passageway.
Nonwovens Having Aligned Segmented Fibers
Nonwoven fabrics suitable for a wide variety of applications (e.g., healthcare, filtration, industrial, packaging, etc.) are provided. In one aspect, the nonwoven fabric includes a plurality of segmented fibers. Each of the plurality of segmented fibers may comprise a fiber axis and a plurality of alternating larger diameter and smaller diameter segments along the fiber axis. The plurality of segmented fibers may be substantially aligned in a first direction.
Heat seal bar assembly
