An article of footwear has an upper, an outsole attached to the upper, and a midsole. The outsole includes a ground-engaging surface and an inner surface disposed on opposite sides. The midsole has a footbed and a bottom surface disposed on opposite sides. The bottom surface opposes the inner surface to define a cavity therebetween. The article of footwear also includes a first series of projections extending into the cavity from one of the inner surface and the bottom surface in a first direction toward the other of the inner surface and the bottom surface. The article of footwear also includes a second series of projection extending into the cavity from one of the inner surface and the bottom surface in the first direction toward the other of the inner surface and the bottom surface. The article of footwear also includes a quantity of particulate matter disposed within the cavity.

Disclosed are: a polyalkylene terephthalate resin composition comprising (A) a polyalkylene terephthalate resin and (B) an acrylic-based core-shell polymer which has an average particle size of 2 m or greater and in which an amount of the core layer component is more than 80% by mass but less than 100% by mass relative to a total mass of the core layer component and a shell layer component; and a molded article which is obtained by molding the polyalkylene terephthalate resin composition.

The method also includes providing an underlayment layer over the acoustic insulating layer. The provided underlayment layer includes gypsum concrete having a water-resistant additive. Also disclosed is a flooring structure. The flooring structure includes an acoustic insulating layer over a sub-floor layer. The flooring structure also includes an underlayment layer having a first side and a second side opposite the first side. The underlayment layer includes gypsum concrete having a water-resistant additive. Additionally disclosed is a gypsum concrete flooring underlayment product. The product includes a mixture of alpha calcium sulfate hemihydrate and beta calcium sulfate hemihydrate. The product also includes a silane-based powder intermixed with the mixture of alpha calcium sulfate hemihydrate and beta calcium sulfate hemihydrate.
INFORMATION CARRYING CARD COMPRISING A CROSS-LINKED POLYMER COMPOSITION, AND METHOD OF MAKING THE SAME
The disclosure provides a cross-linkable polymer composition, a core layer for an information carrying card comprising such cross-linked composition, resulting information carrying card, and methods of making the same. A crosslinkable polymer composition comprises a curable base polymer resin in a liquid or paste form, and a particulate thermoplastic filler. The base polymer resin is selected from the group consisting of urethane acrylate, silicone acrylate, epoxy acrylate, urethane, acrylate, silicone and epoxy. The particulate thermoplastic filler may be polyolefin, polyvinyl chloride (PVC), a copolymer of vinyl chloride and at least another monomer, or a polyester such as polyethylene terephthalate (PET), a compound or blend thereof.
Particulate poly(phenylene ether)-containing varnish composition, composite and laminate prepared therefrom, and method of forming composite
A curable composition includes specific amounts of a ketone, a curable component, and particulate poly(phenylene ether) having a mean particle size of 3 to 12 micrometers and a particle size relative standard deviation of 20 to 60 percent. The composition has a low viscosity that facilitates wetting of reinforcing structures, and composites formed from the composition and a reinforcing structure cure to form a dielectric material with a low dielectric constant and loss tangent.

Fabrics containing a filler and methods of enhancing crop growth
Fabrics suitable for a wide variety of uses, including coverage of crops, crop planting sites, or both, are disclosed. The fabrics may comprise at least one spunbond layer comprising filaments including a filler. The at least one spunbond layer may comprise a basis weight of least about 12 grams-per-meter-squared and the at least one spunbond layer may comprise an average transmittance value within the photosynthetic active radiation (PAR) across wavelengths 400 nm to 700 nm comprising about 37% or less. Methods of enhancing crop growth are also disclosed.
Releasable polyester high gloss metal transfer film method
A carrier film of thermoplastic polyester has releasable metal adhesive properties suitable for a metal transfer in which the polyester film is metalized and the metal layer is subsequently transferred to a permanent adhesive-coated substrate. The metal layer is in direct contact with the polyester carrier film and no intermediate release layer is present. Desired metal adhesion is provided by dispersing an suitable surfactant, and optionally, a hydrocarbon wax, uniformly into the polyester film. Surfactant on the outer surface of the carrier film modifies metal adhesion to the polyester such that the metal can be removed in a metal transfer operation.

Moulded inner dash trim part for a vehicle comprising a porous fibrous layer comprising fibers and thermoplastic binder, and an air permeable foil laminated together wherein the fibers comprise conjugate frizzy fibers made of at least 2 sides with a difference between the two sides inducing an intrinsic permanent frizzy or curved shape in a random 3 dimensional form, and wherein the air permeable foil has an airflow resistance that is between 30-75% of the total airflow resistance of the trim part.
Biaxially oriented polyester film
A biaxially orientated polyester film has a P.sub.L/V.sub.L ratio of 0.3 to 1.2, P.sub.L and V.sub.L representing the average diameter of the convex portions and the average diameter of the concave portions, respectively, that are defined on the basis of a slice level with a height of 0 nm (reference plane) in a roughness curve determined for at least one surface using a three dimensional surface roughness meter, and the convex portions accounting for an area ratio of 30% to 51% of the reference plane. The biaxially oriented polyester film is excellent in travelling property, slitting property, and dimensional stability, and serves, when used for magnetic recording medium production, to provide a high density magnetic recording medium having a smooth magnetic layer, suffering little dimensional change due to variations in environmental parameters such as temperature and humidity or due to storage, and having good electromagnetic conversion characteristics with little dropout.
